We have been with BVS for a very long time and will continue to rely on them for our AC/Heating care. Our technician, Brad, is professional and knowledgeable. He is thorough and explains other service options if needed. BVS is a reputable and dependable business.

Called Brazos Valley Saturday due to a problem with my A/C unit. Chauncey came and checked out my system and found a Freon leak that's going to be fixed on Tuesday.
Chauncey was very polite and checked out the system to make sure everything was okay.

It has never failed that our AC has an issue after hours and everytime, we receive a phone call shortly after no matter the hour to get us a tech out as soon as possible. Thank you BVS and all your employees for helping us stay cool in this Texas Heat. Well, here is my followup on BVS and Chris my technician.
Chris has always been polite, professional, and can and does answer ANY QUESTION YOU ASK HIM. I had one circuit board ( there are two (2)) that had failed, and the blower in the furnace died. So, they replaced the circuit board and the blower. And not by magic, but knowing what they are doing. After the installation was completed, Chris doesn't stop there, he completely checked out the entire system both heating and cooling. To make sure when he left everything was running better than before.

If your having issues with your A/C or Heating system. These technicians from BVS know their business. If your having issues with your heating or cooling system, call BVS they don't sugar coat it, but will give you what is wrong with your system, and can get you a cost to fix it, unless you are still covered by a warranty. If you use someone else and are concerned that those people are trying to pad your bill, it might be worth giving BVS a call for a second opinion.

We’ve been loyal customers of BVS for almost 10 years. I cannot commend the customer service enough. Any time I had an issue or needed a repair- they address it quickly and timely. In particular, our technician, Chris, has been exceptional. He explains what’s going on, always works hard for the customer, and ensures excellent service. Just had the annual checkup for my AC units for the upcoming season. Fred, the technician from BVS, was punctual, courteous and very professional. Very much enjoyed meeting and talking to Fred as he was very knowledgeable about my systems and clearly explained all pertinent issues. I highly recommend BVS for heating and AC services.

No lie, quite possibly the absolute best home HVAC service I've ever had! They've come in clutch during hard times and the semi annual visits have possibly saved me $$$ from problems down the road. I wouldn't know for sure bc I don't have any major issues since they've taken me in. Jamol is a super nice and friendly technician. Makes you feel at ease when he's setting your system up for preventative maintenance. Seriously, these folks are honest trustworthy people. I never feel like I'm being hoodwinked. Granted, there are always offers and promotions to help out your system that may not be completely necessary. But that's up to you. Typically I'm a follower of the "buy once cry once" mantra. Anything to have the confidence I'll be safe and comfortable during emergencies. Final thoughts... Fantastic folks. One of the best decisions for my home's health.
