Matthew, and the gentleman that worked with him, were great. They came in, confirmed I would need a new water heater, went through a few other things in my home, and my options were given to me. They had my hot water heater replaced in no time, and I was able to work while they did it as they weren't disruptive at all. From the time they stepped on my property, to the time they left, they were respectful. They left everything as it was when they got here, except they put my wall back up for me, which I greatly appreciated. (They did ask first) Thank you gentlemen for making me feel so comfortable with such a huge ordeal. I was so stressed over this, and you guys made it so easy for me to understand and deal with.

Johnny & Jacob did an EXCELLENT job! Cannot recommend them enough. They made an overwhelming process (repiping the entire house due to multiple water leaks) very manageable and maintained great communication along the way. Very thorough and very knowledgeable team!

The Best Plumbing I have ever seen in the Hill Country. Daniel and George are talented plumbers beyond their years. We bought this house over 20 years ago and always had problems. WE DO NOW! Martin also help with discounts for several items. They also pointed out where major problems were and how the plumbers back then were using incorrect pipe fittings and poor construction for the sewer system. Because of Daniel, George,
and Martin, I do believe they are fixed Now. Thank You Guys!

Johnny Sanchez quickly found the issue and gave multiple options to solve the issue, easy to follow explanation to the problem, and worked to solve the problem without making the repair cost more. I will be calling ME plumbing for my next repair.

I contacted ME Plumbing the next morning after arriving home late one night and noticed a burning smell coming from the Water heater. Turns out the element had overheated due to a leak and melted some of the plastic components inside.

The next day ME plumbing came out and when Ryan arrived he got right to work. Ryan was professional from the beginning and even carried a friendly conversation while working. Ryan would later return with a co-worker and they both promptly got to work.

I would checked in on Ryan on occasion while he worked in our warm garage and throughout the entirety of the job, Ryan maintained a professional and courteous demeanor.

Once they were done with the job Ryan gave me a firm handshake and thanked me. A true characteristic of what our society has lost today.

Danial Garcia came to the ranch to check for our backed up plumbing. He did an outstanding job of figuring out what was wrong and how to fix it in the most cost-effective way. He did this in a couple of steps with prices for each step they were fair the work was good And I am greatly appreciative of his skill, listening, and communication

Martin/Carson/Mike were so caring and worked around our crazy 100 year old house and schedule. I would recommend to anybody around area. Communication was good and work was completed to our satisfaction.

Believe me I have never seen a more efficient company! They found a broken pipe under my hall bathroom. They showed me the photo of it and gave me a quote for the repair. Wow. They came out when they says they would. They showed me in detail what my options were. The estimates made sense. They did the work we asked quickly and professionally. 10/10. Johnny is an amazing plumber and communicator.

Saw water in the street and called city. City told me leak was on my side and turned off my water. M&E got someone out with the hour of when I contacted them. Matthew informed me main line (installed in 1935) needed to be replaced. Crew dug up the line that afternoon, and Matthew and Jayce were out early the next morning, installed the main line, and had our water back on before Noon. One wire to my irrigation system got cut during digging. M&E repaired it; made everything right. Great job! Very professional. I was particularly impressed by Matthew.

I had a water leak in the over 500 foot shared easement to our property. Collectively, we have 5 waterlines in place and Daniel and George of ME Plumbing were able to sort out the location of the leak and repair it promptly without causing damage to the other 4 neighbors’ waterlines. Daniel and Martin were great with communication and explanation of the problem. I’m impressed with the rapid response and reasonable price!

As a former general contractor who has collaborated with many plumbers and trades over the years, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional professionalism shown from start to finish. Every interaction—whether scheduling, on‑site work, or follow‑up—was handled with courtesy and competence. The entire team was punctual, knowledgeable, and committed to delivering a smooth, high‑quality experience.

We had a problem with the water heater. Johnny came out & told us the 2 options. We bundled the new heater with a kitchen sink repair. The $ was pricey (but necessary) & the bundling really helped. They replaced 2 toilets, installed bidets, replaced bathroom & kitchen faucets, installed a new water softener and relocated an attic water heater with a new larger water heater. They were always on time and cleaned up afterwards. Their price was less than I expected and their lead technician, Daniel, kept us informed on the progress of the project. Excellent company. They also replaced our reverse osmosis system.

We live on the Lake Dunlop area and had a complete back up of our septic line. M and E scheduled us for service with two hours and gave us an immediate estimate with several options. Their equipment included camera views as well as ample line clearing machinery. Pricing was comparable.

I called after having and issue over the weekend and they scheduled me for Wednesday. When the scedule opened up today, they got me in! Andrew was thorough and his intern Jace was also great. My sink and disposal are back up and running and I couldn't be more grateful.
