I paid for a new ac unit and later for a vent to be installed in my home. While the ac and vent has worked well, the damage done to my ceiling and vent outlet was damaged when the vent was installed by the GVEC techs. It’s been over a year since a GVEC contractor scheduled a date to replace the drywall but he didn’t show up last September 2020. I have been in communications with GVEC multiple times since then, and still, my drywall/ceiling remains damaged due to their error and I have yet to hear back from GVEC or any contractor to follow up. What will it take for the company to finally remedy their mistake and fix my ceiling???

The gvec employee who came to perform the cah check did a fair job. However I still don’t think my thermostat is working as it should.
He came in the house with a container and asked for water. I to go ahead and get water from the kitchen sink. I went outside after he left. He had used my water hose without asking and did not put it back where I keep it.

Called Thursday a.m. to report air conditioner not cooling. GVEC HVAC was able to get someone out to help us that same afternoon. Diagnosed the issue right away, had parts on his truck, made the repairs and gave our entire system a good check up. He was thorough, professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Our house was cooling down nicely when he left. So grateful for the speedy response and fast resolution.

gvec has been doing home repair services for about a decade now ..tech was fast to arrive on time , spent a good deal of time troubleshooting the issues, and provided assessment of the situation with estimates of costs for repair, as well as system replacement ..he spent about 2 hours troubleshooting and attempting repair on a very old system, but the initial service call price didn't change , that shows gvec is honest and reputable ..when getting estimates on repair and new systems , always have gvec as one of the 2 or 3 firms to get quotes from !

Cannot say enough great things about our most recent GVEC installation with George and Antonio. They explained the process from the start and were very professional and courteous during the entire visit. Would definitely ask for them again!

George Martinez performed the Fall maintenance on my AC/Heating system. He was very thorough and did a great job. He was professional, respectful and had a friendly personality...job well done !
