Update:
Still giving them 5 stars but cannot continue to throw thousands yearly into a system that stops working. If you have a system that needs a major part, do yourself a favor and just buy a new system, like I should have. I'm going to have to use window units, as they are cheaper to replace and even though they run up your electric bill, at least they cool while doing so. $250 electric bill for a system that never shuts off because it never reaches the set temp.

I wouldn't go with another company, even if they give the original install for free.

Wow!!!! We called in a paranoid state- our dtrs and son in laws ac stopped working and we were worried about them and our grandchildren…I called spoke w Chelsea and bam !!! They showed up early and got their ac going!!! Now this is what I call excellent service on a Sunday!!!

Diamond Air is my family's go to for HVAC needs. Called the office to schedule a tune up before winter, got scheduled for that afternoon. Technician arrived on time & did an amazing job. He even made sure my drain lines were free & clear of any debris.

Wanted the two thermostats replaced with wifi type. Ordered them one day and were installed the next day. Techs arrived (on time, as they said) and put on their shoe slippers and installed the wifi type. Set up the entire programming on my cell phone. Cleaned up the areas and left. Very courteous and professional. Could not have asked for better service.
