Knowledgeable and always professional and are a good value. They are still a very good service provider. Good people. They installed a total home system a few years ago. That system is keeping cool and warm. It has not had many issues at all. They have a service agreement program. It pays for itself. They are a great value. If you want a reliable air and heating company, they are it. No buts or ifs. They come out and do system maintenance checks for a one time fee every year. It makes that any system problems if there are any, are sure to be caught easily. Everyone that has come out to my home have been totally professional. I am not easy to trust. I trust them

Ben Moreno at Diamond Air was top notch. I got quotes from 5 different HVAC contractors, 3 local and 2 national. Diamond Air not only had the best price, but also the best service.

Ben was very responsive and honest and quickly answered all of my questions. He was also the only contractor to notice that there was an addition with a window unit and recommended bumping the unit up a half ton to push more air to that area. It showed that he cared and was paying attention to our needs.

Once booked with Diamond Air they gave us a date and time and they were there like clockwork. The guys were extremely efficient and clean. They covered the floors and wore masks and could not be more polite. They also left some filters and have checked in to make sure everything was good.

We started to notice a slight rattle, so we called and they sent someone right away. It ended up just being a couple of loose screws so they fixed it up and it's working great.

I would highly recommend Ben Moreno and Diamond Air.

Can’t recommend Diamond Air highly enough! We came home from a vacation to our house temperature in the 80s. In a panic, we called a different company (won’t make that mistake again!) who told us we needed a full system replacement and that it would be between $13,000 and $14,000. We called Diamond Air the next day and they sent their tech, Blaine, out to look at our unit. He spent a ton of time throughly diagnosing the problem. The ultimate fix? Dirty coils, a new capacitor, and topping off our refrigerant. It’s been about an hour since he left and the house is already comfortable again. He also took the time to explain each issue, what steps he took to fix the problem, and why those fixes were needed. He gave us steps for preventative maintenance and double checked his work before he left. Thank you, Blaine and the whole Diamond Air team, for your kind professionalism, honesty, and integrity! I will never call another company for any heat/AC issue.

Semi-annual check on the heating system was done. Both Blaine and Michael were professional.

They were a nice, respectful, professional and honest business. They provided a personal touch and I could tell they cared about our concerns and AC issues. They were a fair price and communicated with us throughout the entire experience. Our family will be using them for our AC service from now on.

Called to set up an appointment to have unit looked at due to the amount of excessive days with temps in the 100s. Quick appointment turnaround! The technician was VERY friendly and informative. Explained each step that he and his associate would take to service my unit and make sure it was operating properly. The best part? They came with booties on their feet to protect my flooring without my requesting it! That meant they not only cared about their customers units, but their homes as well. Highly recommend Diamond Air!

The epitome of a professional, efficient and honest company. Customer service is top-notch. Ben really cares about his customers. He is more than responsive, he is in constant contact through the process to assuage our concerns. Recently our a/c unit died. His quote out of several quotes we requested from different companies came in the cheapest, and he had it replaced with a new unit and up and running very quickly. In future, we won't be requesting quotes from other companies. Diamond Air is a keeper!

The service was on time and for a service business, that is unusual. Nance explained all aspects of the tune up and advanced services. He was knowledgeable and patient with my questions.

I am a little late writing this. Our compressor went out in August during one of the hottest weeks of the year. Our warranty company wouldn't do anything for 48 hours. We called Diamond Air, and they came out the same day, identified the problem, got us a quote, and helped us install window units to get through. We had to wait a few days to get the money to pay for a new unit and expected to be without air for a week or so. However, Diamond Air came out the next day, installed our unit, and let us pay them when the check came in. This is a company that cares about people, not just businesses. They will be my new provider for all my AC and Heating needs. I highly recommend them! Thank you for being there when we needed help!

Blaine was conveniently early. Got right to work, explaining what he was doing and why it was important. Outside he showed me how to safely and correctly clean tree debris out of the outside unit.
Blaine was experienced, knowledgeable, extremely polite and fun to be around and learn from. Everything we've come to expect from Diamon Air's technicians.

I have always received excellent service from Diamond Air. The servicemen are great - polite, responsible, and thorough. Was great to see Rance today. For the second time in less than a year, Diamond Air has a done a great job on short notice. SHOUT OUT TO Rance. Every time he comes out he's efficient, personable, and prompt. We're glad we found this local company and are members. They are more than fair on pricing, and the customer care is PRICELESS. Update: They've been regularly coming out doing their maintenance program. Ever since we started the maintenance program, we've had ZERO issues. And its beyond nice to see the familiar face of Rance every time they come out. You can't go wrong with this company. They feel like family at this point!

I absolutely love this company, the office person was able to help with the warranty on our A/C part and give us a more than reasonable price to fix our unit. The 2 gentleman that came out to fix the unit were very polite and professional.
