Mr. Mike is great. Hes very knowledgeable and has a great deal of experience in his field. Hes a honest man and trust worthy. Hes not out to take a dollar just for the heck of it, he provides quality work. We greatly appreciate all the work they have done for us . Highly recommend!

Underestimated length of job. They were given a 2-hour window but it took them 4.5 hours to complete. The crew also arrived more than 30 minutes late. On a positive note, this crew was professional, polite and knowledgeable. I couldn’t say that about the first person they sent to initially take measurements. Will know if the work meets code on Monday after the inspector arrives. Only then can I draw a conclusion regarding quality of workmanship. I am not anticipating any issues though.

The crew had to show back up again today to install an exhaust line and gauge. I was told they’d arrive between 12 pm - 2 pm. They did not appear until 5 pm. It would appear that punctuality is not their strong suit! I was also informed that they would return after the inspection to remove the gauge. Does anyone know if that is SOP for a Generac Generator exhaust line?

I needed the laundry values and box replaced (see photo), toilet reset, pipes unclogged, & faucet aerators replaced. John came out and worked efficiently. He explained what steps needed to be done. John, also, gave me an education on keeping grime out of the pipes. He was extremely knowledgable, polite, & professional.

The crew did a really good job today installing the plumbing portion of our generator. They communicated very well letting me know when they were going to arrive and messaged me just before arriving. Cleaned up after they were done. Did a great job I highly recommend.

I received a call at 10:00 am to open a gate for access to the generator. The gentleman walked over to the generator and made a quick measurement. All done within about five minutes.

Excellent experience with this company. They were prompt and responsive. We’re getting a whole home generator installed and Tyler was who came out to connect our propane to the generator. We couldn’t have asked for a better Plumber. Highly recommend!

I have been a fan of A1Tri-County ever since they sent a plumber out in the middle of the night in a Dec snowstorm to fix a burst pipe that was flooding my house. They are very courteous, capable, and efficient. Johnathan is great.

Quick service and good technician. It only took one hour to change out a toilet.The price was more than expected as they charge from the time they leave theirs shop at $180.per hour. I was charged $370 dollars labor to change out the toilet that actually only took one hour. The drive to my house is about 12 minutes from their shop Looks like I paid $180.dollars the short drive.

The install was very different from what the salesperson represented. I was told that there would only be one pipe and that would be hidden on the generator side of the house. What I have is a very visible pipe on both sides of the house. They drilled a 2” hole in the soffit which was against a stud. I was told that they would fix it. They didn’t. They left caulk on the top of the generator. A brick was broken on a step. This was pointed out, yet nothing is being done. Very disappointed in the whole process. They get 2 stars for showing up on time and passing inspection. Too bad the house was wrecked.
