The plumbers must have hit one of my sprinkler lines. One of my zones is not working. I sent a text to the plumber’s phone the same day but has not heard back. Everything is looks fine. Tyler provided great customer service but left before I tested my system.

George was very professional. He requested a picture of the shower set up so he knew what kind of tools he would need to repair our shower. He fixed the problem quickly, and followed up with some additional information for replacements.

the flower/rock bed was left exposed and the turn off valve was left too far below grade to be helpful. I am 73 years old and have multi}le chronic health problems. I need someone to come and complete the fill in of the bed. I think the rain has stopped and the mud has dried.

Big leak under ground. Came out on a Saturday afternoon and repaired it right the first time. Was on site in just under an hour on a Saturday. Reasonable pricing and Military discount on labor.

George came to our house to determine what our sewer issue was. He determined it was a crush or broken pipe going to sewer tank. George is a very professional worker and employee. Once the pipe was dug up, George came back and fixed our problem.
They were quite prompt to help with our fire problem.

Water heater started leaking about 6pm. Wife called A1 Tri County Plumbing, and they were onsite early the next morning with a new water heater and everything needed (drip pan, expansion tank, etc). They were amazingly quick, thorough, tidy, and efficient. The installers were Mike and Dillon, great guys!!! And I will not ever call anyone but A1 Tri County Plumbing

Needed to have bathroom fixture unhooked from water supply before flooring was replaced. My tech went above my expectations by removing the pedestal sink, the toilet, and sealing off the drains for odor control. No rags stuffed in the drain! My flooring guys will be very grateful—as am I. Very highly recommended.

Was able to get them out to one of my rentals pretty quickly, helpful and communicative. Ended up being a false alarm luckily and was charged $205 for the 40 mins of “labor” rounding up to an hour. Not super sure of all going rates for other plumbing companies but leaving this so others will have an idea.

I called for a leak under my slab at 4pm on a Thursday; they arrived the next morning at 8:45. VERY professional and courteous, had to reroute two water lines, brought in an estimator for insurance, and completed the plumbing the same day at 6pm. I was SHOCKED at how fast they completed the job. My insurance company was surprised as well.
