Water heater showing leak, contacted Lee's Plumbing Repairs via email on a Saturday, set up appointment that was convenient for us on Monday. Confirmation via text with arrival time, diagnosed need to replace hot water heater. Excellent advice as to what hot water heater to purchase for replacement, out next afternoon, installed and now have more hot water than before! Phone call also to verify earlier arrival for install, online payment easy to use via email. Highly recommend Lee's Plumbing Repairs!

Great experience start to finish. They were fast to reach out and get me scheduled for next day service. They showed up early in the allocated service window. The professionals were knowledgeable, courteous, fast, thorough and respectful of our property safety removing our old water heater and installing the new with no property damage! The guys did a good job flushing the tankless water heater. Also observed low pressure in my shower and fixed that. I am so satisfied with their work that I scheduled another appointment to take care of another issue I have on my property. They are not cheap but I appreciate a job well done and don’t mind paying for it. Also they didn’t surprise with any costs that weren’t mentioned up front. I’m very happy with their work!

We had a tiny leak at the joint where our expansion tank connected to the water heater and needed it repaired. Hunter and his partner were on time and very courteous. He quoted us for what needed to be done and said they could repair it that day if we wanted them to. We said yes and they went and bought the parts including a new expansion tank and repaired it in a very timely manner. Thank you very much!

After having my foundation leveling completed I had the sewer pressure test completed by another company and it failed. Had Lee's Plumbing give me a second opinion and ended up using Lee's Plumbing. The work was completed on schedule which allowed me to go on my vacation as scheduled. Highly recommend Reno's team for all plumbing needs.

Caleb and assistant did a great job explaining their recommendations and how the repair would take place for tub faucets and adjoining pipe connections. We are very pleased with the results and have piece of mind with their in house warranty. Booking was easy, however improvements could be made making more precise time frames. For both plumbing sessions, the plumbers arrived outside of my quoted appointment time frames, so I had to reschedule other appointments to accommodate their late arrival. Overall, would book again for future projects.

Plumber came out to repair a small pipe leak, in the process discovered that our water pressure was really high! They were able to do the repair within a couple of hours & came back the next day to repair pressure issue. They gave us options to best fit our budget & they didn’t try to oversell us! Great company!

10/10 would recommend. Called around town to about 10 businesses trying to get someone out today, only Lee's could make it. Not only did they come out last minute, but they quickly diagnosed the problem AND installed a new water heater same day!

I got an LeftOn sink that I wanted installed. This process required a different company to come out and remove the old sink, then cut the countertop to the proper size.

Once these guys came out to the house to install it, we realized that there were several parts of the drain that needed to be replaced because it was not compatible with my current setup.

Not only did they do a good job at setting up a new drainage system that was compatible with the sink and my home, but they did it in a timely manner, explained the entire process as they did the install. Before leaving, they made sure to test everything, explained the aftercare of a newly installed sink, and cleaned up their workspace.

Our plumber Josh did a great job. He has done work for us in the past and he has always done a good job.
