Anthony did an excellent job on coil cleaning in on our a/c. He let me know what he was going to do, and did it. Very professional, polite and thorough. We’ve always had great service from the technicians at GVEC.

I am amazed at how quickly GVEC Air Conditioning and Heating responded when my daughter called them about my air conditioner, which had stopped cooling on the weekend!! My daughter worries about me because I am elderly and don't do well in the heat and I'm alone and recently widowed. Service Technician Brittany Rodriguez arrived promptly, asked a few questions and began testing the unit. She was very knowledgeable and found the problem quickly. The problem requires a part, which she ordered right away. She told me she would follow up and let me know when the part will arrive and can be replaced. She told me if it isn't readily available, GVEC Air Conditioning and Heating would provide a window A/C unit to keep me cool!! Brittany was very friendly and took time to explain the problems!! Excellent service all the way around!!

We like Brittany, she is very courteous , and she knows her stuff. She is very thorough, and when she makes a suggestion about changing or adding something she is not pushy like it’s a life or death situation, although she points out all that is involved. We appreciate that.

Jose Garcia was very informative & as usual a great representative of and for GVEC. His late night service call was a AC life saver. He resolved this issue and our AC was up and running in very short order. Jose is a GREAT representative of your organization. Jose is very personable, polite, knowledgeable and very adapt at finding the issue immediately. Thank you Jose your efforts on our behalf are greatly appreciated. FIVE STAR all the way.

GVEC installed my unit. Today was a free summer check up. Service Tech Nathan Stafford was awesome. Respectful, knowledgeable, courteous and very thoral. Found one issue at the air handler and replaced the part at no charge.

We just had an amazing experience with Justin from GVEC. our air conditioner needed its annual maintenance. He was extremely thorough and went the extra mile taking his time and making sure everything was in tip top shape. When he finished the cleaning it glistened and every bit of dust and dirt was gone. He also showed us a place where we needed to put another filter. He gave us extra time and care. He was very pleasant and personable. We were so glad to meet him.

Brandon did a good job trouble shooting. Great coming up with a solution. Brandin finished the job checking every single component. He found a 2 speed fan was only working with 1 speed and made arrangements together that repaired as well. It’s a pleasure working with him and GVEC.

As always. Gvec was great service. Nathan S was here right at the beginning of the time frame given and he very pleasant. Thank you!

Jose was a disappointment. It probably wasn’t him personally but the company trying to upsell on this maintenance call. Both units were operational when he arrived but when I went to ask a question suddenly the compressed “went out”. He wanted to sell me 2 capacitors for either $205 or $405 for the turbo, but I told him we would replace them both ourselves for $36.00. As far as the compressor, it works fine but like all, when you cut the power off, then turn it back on it doesn’t start up right away. I kind of felt like Jose thought I was uneducated and he could take advantage of that.

Easy to schedule an appointment for A/C diagnostic. Justin was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Would definitely recommend GVEC.

We had GVEC come out to evaluate our electrical components, estimate for remove/replace/clean solar panels and look at our HVAC unit.

Matthew came out to replace our Remi Halo and it is back up and running. He was polite and the installation process was quick. We loved the ability and quick scheduling process to get a few items checked, repaired and scheduled.

Have had the same tech out to service the system throughout the years as needed. Great guy, no pressure tactics, no games just to the point. He shows me the problem, spends the time to explain.

Nathan’s service today in maintaining our system was excellent!! He answered all of our questions …. and also explained the benefits of different options GVEC provides to keep our system in optimum/excellent service . Needless to say, we are very pleased with GVEC !

I’m not happy with the reasoning of why our unit has not been cooling the past 2 days. It is constantly running and not cooling. There is no way that just in the past 2 days that it is because of the temperature outside and our insulation. The inside unit had black residue around where the fuses are looks like something was arcing trying to catch on fire. The technician went to truck then came back in with electrical tape. We have had nothing but issues since the first day this unit was installed by GVEC a few years ago. They do not it even install this system ECOER anymore because of the complaints but will not take this one out. GVEC this needs to be made right before my house ends up burning down and lives of humans and pets are injured or lost.
The second pic of thermostat is what it keeps reading our unit has constantly been running. It is cool outside since it’s raining I’m not buying it’s because I need insulation and they can get me a quote.

July 10, 2024 I had GVEC come out do the spring inspection I paid 468.00 for them at that time to be told there is an issue with my unit and the part has to be ordered from Ecoer and they will get back with me when it comes in. Today July 16, 2024?I get home and it’s 78 degrees in house. I called after hours to be told it would be a charge of 180.00 for afterhours. This is a system I am making monthly payments on to GVEC in which they donot even install these systems anymore. Since it was installed it’s been nothing but issues. Looks like now the only option I have is to get TDLR involved. We have given GVEC many attempts to fix it right and it’s still not. Here we are sweating while GVEC sleeps in cooler temps and is making money off this lemoned hvac system.

He was very helpful. Really nice person. Very willing to try and help us. Was also very knowledgeable and advised us on different things. Hope we get him next time😊

GVEC is back again working on units. This time appears we have someone who knows what he’s doing. Aaron Cheatham and Erik represents them well. Hope they compensate them well. Very polite, thorough. Had to order part and reschedule return and this is return 3 weeks later. Not happy about that but if we have any trouble from this day forward, we’ve told him they had to take the unit out of the house and put a different one in and replace the unit outside. Nothing else will be acceptable thank heavens for warrantees because this LG and Mitsubishi mini split air-conditioning system has been a real joke. Well back today not working. Installing new outside head on Friday. Never again. Replaced one inside unit on Friday but back again Monday. Unit not talking. Ordering yet another part. Everything they’ve done they could’ve replaced the whole unit outside already and that’s what we’re ready to happen but do you think one CEO or one operations manager will return my phone calls nope, still waiting

Got three new units inside and out. Aaron, Ryan and Brandon spent whole day redoing it. Different brand again so we shall see. After 4 years of paying for something yhat does not work i just hope these do.

Nathan did a great job inspecting our system. Issue fixed, but only temporarily. Nathan came out again and the issue is caused by a part that has to be ordered, but hard to find. Bryant is now involved.

We were sadly disappointed with the service. The serviceman stayed for a very short while, 10-15 minutes at the most. He looked at the air conditioner, looked at the breaker box and said he couldn't do anything because it was an "electrical problem" due to the power outage the day before. He really gave us no real explanation. We've been your customers since 2016 and this is the first time we've felt disappointed with the service of GVEC. Ironically, it was your company that installed the air-conditioned so I thought it would be you to figure out the problem but sadly, I was wrong.

Such a wonderful experience with the GVEC team. They were prompt, courteous and very professional. They fixed the issue and explained all very throughly. Cannot recommend their services and team enough!

Anthony was able to get our unit working again on a temporary basis. He seemed to be knowledgeable and was very informative. I was pleased with his work.

I really appreciate Nathan Stafford for his professionalism and thoroughness in repairing our system.
