I Strongly recommend Steamer's Carpet! They did an Amazing job with our upstairs carpet and area rug. Very professional, cheerful & detailed oriented. Excellent work! Thank you!

Steamer’s Carpet Care completed tile cleaning for my house today and meticulously cleaned each individual grout line by hand brush scrubbing then cleaned the tile to look brand new again. These guys are fantastic and I highly recommend their services and will use them again!

I've been using Steamer's Carpet Care for years! They work with your schedule, are always punctual, and do an impeccable job! I wouldn't even think of using anyone else. Many thanks!

Jimmy and Seth just finished up and I couldn't be happier! First, they arrived on time. Made a quick assessment, did the carpets and did a great job with my tiled kitchen. Knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The national chain company I used previously did not do a very good job at all, but now I have a team I know I'm going to be happy with. Thank you Jon and company!

Jon had his guy Keith go out to my house had killed it! had 5 rooms needing cleaning! And they handled business. family owed is the way to go, price was perfect way less then commercial and results honestly better! thank you!

First off these two awesome guys were early!!!! I have used this company and others before but Keith and Shane were so great best I’ve ever had come do my carpet they were respectful and nice to talk to, and the their work was over the top outstanding, they took their time and did not rush through the job, also got out stains previous companies have not! I will be using them again and requesting both these guys!
Thank you Keith and Shane 😁

Kieth and Jimmy were very professional and got the job done in a timely manner. My sectional and dinning chairs look and smell amazing after the cleaning! I would highly recommend going with Steamer’s Carpet Care! Their prices and service are second to none.

Jimmy & Damion cleaned my carpets, they were extremely professional. The carpets look brand new. I am very pleased with the outcome. I highly recommend this company. Thank you for the great experience.

Jimmy and Seth are professional, polite, thorough and very efficient. They took care of all the carpeted rooms much faster than we anticipated. Their process of vacuuming, preteatment, steaming and brushing left the rooms looking like new and smelling great. I appreciate how the product they use has a subtle smell. They educated us on routine care, proper drying procedures and safety precautions. From scheduling to payment, everything went buttery smooth.

Highly recommend their service and will definitely book with them again.

I have used Steamers for over 15 years to clean my carpets. They are on time, efficient and do a great job! I also had them clean the grout on my tile floors and they did a great job. Would highly recommend.

Have been using Steamer’s for the last four years. They are reasonably priced and transparent about the cost. I’ve always been happy with the quality of work and the professional, friendly technicians that complete the work. Highly recommend! (Have used for carpet cleaning , tile cleaning, air and dryer ducts and upholstery)

Steamers Carpet Cleaners are the best in the business! Their crew is hardworking, professional, and takes great care while working. Every time they clean, my carpets look brand new! Their attention to detail and dedication to quality truly set them apart. Highly recommend their services.

When i called Steamers Carpet Care, the phone was immediately answered by a very nice gentleman (no AI or IVR!!). He was courteous, polite, and patient while I gave him the information he needed. I was provided with a quote over the phone and was able to get set up with an appointment. what an unexpected pleasure to deal with an actual live person immediately instead of going through numerous pointless IVR options. the cleaning team arrived on time, was courteous and polite, respected our property, and did a thorough job. very pleased!

These guys were great, on time, and did a better job than any other company I’ve had. They were in and out in an hour, very professional and super reasonable. I’d recommend Steamers carpet cleaners to anyone without hesitation .

Prompt and efficient service and very helpful tips for my carpet and grout cleaning. They arrived on time, adjusted the quoted price when they realized how small my house is, did the promised job and the carpets look 1000% better than they did.
Highly recommend and will use again!

Extremely satisfied with this company and crew! We first had them to clean our dryer ducts and were so impressed I immediately knew we’d have them back to clean our carpets. We forgot customer service like this still existed! They returned to clean all of our carpets with the same diligence and even got out 2 really tough stains, saving us from needing to patch the carpet. Great team and would highly recommend this company!

Sparkling clean! I can’t imagine HOW MUCH DIRT they were able to remove in one session- but now my tiles and grout look so fresh and clean✨ Your guys showed up on time, polite and professional, immediately put on shoe covers and carefully moved my heavy furniture to get right to work. They worked effectively as a team - each one doing a task and completed everything in under 2 hours! I am so pleased with the quality of cleaning and will keep your number in my phone! With my dogs, kids and husband tracking in dirt all the time I now have beautiful tile floors- magic!✨✨ please extend my thanks to Keith and Darian.

Extremely fair pricing and transparency from the get-go. No run-around about having to have someone come out for an estimate which I appreciated very much.

The cleaners were on time, very friendly, and worked quickly with efficiency. I would recommend this company to anybody I know that needs a quick, affordable, reliable carpet cleaning service!

Where to begin...
Husband said: honey tile isn't that dirty. Me: looks can be deceiving.
These guys did an AMAZING job!!!! My tile never looked better. They were professional and as nice as can be. Prices were absolutely the best around! Highly recommended 👌

Steamer’s Carpet Care is a wonderful organization serving the New Braunfels and San Antonio areas. From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless and professional.

Their service was excellent, thorough, punctual, detail-oriented, and they truly take pride in their work. What really stood out to me was their amazing bedside manners. They were respectful of the home, communicated clearly, and made sure every question was answered before leaving.

It’s rare to find a company that combines quality workmanship with genuine customer care, but Steamer’s Carpet Care absolutely delivers. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for dependable, top-tier service.

The cleaning ladies were very nice and professional! They left our home looking and smelling clean! I am so glad my next door neighbor recommended Cleaning Authority!
