My home was dirty and basically they did a good job. Missed a few spots here and there but it was a challenge to get it done in the time limit. Would recommend 3 people for the first time clean but generally pleased. Wonderful to wake up to a clean house this morning.

This was the first time is seeing and meeting Team 19, Kalina and Adriana. Very nice and professional. I would like to have these two girls come back if possible. I was very happy with them.

Our crew is fantastic! They arrive on time, clean thoroughly, and always greet us pleasantly when we work from home on the days they're here. I switched to this company from a private individual due to inability to rely on the individual to show up consistently. I have never experienced an issue with the cleaning authority crew showing up. We switched days last year, and we landed an amazing team! I highly recommend the cleaning authority for your housekeeping needs!

Do not use this company!! Finally had time to sit down and do a review of this awful service. They broke our blinds and told us they were not going to replace them because the cleaning lady thought they were “old”. We hadn’t even moved into this home and they had already broken something! We told her multiple times about how that was not right and she finally agreed to replace them for us but we were the ones that had to reinstall them. This was a move in cleaning and the previous owners left the house very clean, just needed a few deep cleaning areas like the oven, dishwasher, blinds, fans, baseboards etc. I had high hopes but was so disappointed when I came home. The dishwasher and oven didn’t even look like it was cleaned! There were still cobwebs on the baseboards and the fan was still dusty. When i pointed it out, they said normally they don’t clean dishwashers and all they usually do was run the dishwasher once and it would take care of it. So they didn’t even clean it even though we paid extra for that service. The cleaning people had to come back out to fix the spots they missed and they had the audacity to say we had to pay them for the time they spent cleaning since they had to come back to fix the spots they missed because she said that it was time they would have originally spent had they gotten it right the first time!! She did come out a third day and we pointed out they still missed the same cob webs on the base boards and spots on the floors. Ridiculous! Over $600 wasted, and that is with a veterans discount.

Very professional. Quick and relatively quiet. A much better clean than my husband and I do ourselves.
I actually took a nap while they cleaned. 😉

Excellent service. Cleaning team arrived on time, cleaned the correct spaces, and finished on time. The quality of their work was as expected and we are pleased.

This was a 3.5 star experience but I’m rounding up. The process to set up the quote was quick and easy. The cleaners were able to come for the first clean within a few days. They were very friendly, courteous, and respectful of my home. The three stars come in on the actual cleaning. Today was our Initial Wet Clean - meaning the bathroom, kitchen, and laundry room would get special attention. All other rooms get a cleaning just not as intense. Pros - floors look great, stove and cabinets are super clean. Cons - streaks in bathroom mirror, only one side of blinds dusted so when they are flipped they are dirty, didn’t wipe top of fridge even though I removed everything before they came, didn’t vacuum under couch cushions but did vacuum top of cushions, quartz countertops were streaky. They also didn’t move simple furniture (like end tables) to clean the floors underneath. The worst is they didn’t clean the laundry room at all even though it is listed on our invoice and is heavily trafficked. If your house is very dirty, they are probably a great fit. If you are mostly clean but want something deep, not the folks for you.

As a household with two working parents with demanding jobs, sometimes deep cleaning is not our first priority.

When I came home and saw a beautiful clean house, I teared up 🥲 The house was spotless and shiny!!

Both my wife & I are in our advanced years and sought out someone to do our house cleaning twice a month.  We had received several flyers thru the USPS from The Cleaning Authority - Schertz.   This is a  family owned business.    Met with Johnathan Pack during 1st week of January & set up their cleaning service to start this month.   We were contacted today    that a two person crew would be over this afternoon for their  first  Cleaning  - Initial A which is a  thorough cleaning of the kitchen and bathroom areas with a  light cleaning of the other areas of the house.  A second clean - Initial B  will be  a thorough cleaning of sleeping & living areas with a light cleaning of kitchen & bathrooms.  Thereafter, the  house  will be cleaned everytime on a rotational basis.   Very happy to have made this choice.      A hive of  worker bees  could not have done a better  job of cleaning & bringing order to our home.     The Cleaning Authority rates are reasonable.   The crews are well trained & dedicated. Before being hired  each   Employee's character is checked for honesty & trustworthiness.  The Cleaning Authority uses many of its own company cleaning products.  Highly recommend  them to  clean your home  or facilities.
