Paul Sepeda was our AirPro technician. He was on time, courteous, clean and demonstrated a great knowledge our HVAC system. He did everything we asked for and more, and did it thoroughly. He answered all our questions, and gave us multiple options for some needed work. He did not "oversell" any high-priced option. We would recommend Paul in a heart beat...a real "keeper"!

John was on time on Saturday morning. Very professional and friendly. He found the problem and fixed it and took time to explain the problem and my options for the repair. Absolutely recommend AirPro. Could not be more pleased. Thank you.

Robert Reasor and his staff are second to none. I have had several ACs in my houses and now I have a company for life. Technicians were awesome and informative, the maintenance great. I have noticed my bills have literally been cut in half which is great in these times. If you want any AC/Heat stuff done to your house and done right the first time you must chose AirPro. Highly recommend!!

Been using them for years, even had them install an entirely new a/c and heating system a few years back and we noticed the positive difference quickly in cooling, heating, and lower electric and gas bills! Paul Sepeda is typically our tech, completing our yearly Spring and Fall check. What a gentleman Paul is... polite, knowledgeable, thorough, and on time. He provided quick and efficient service, recommendations, and a return service date. When Paul returned for my home's additional A/C needs, he worked diligently and kept my husband and I informed. We have been trying to find someone to assist with a maintenance plan for our 16seer unit another company who sold/installed. It has been near impossible to get these other folks to answer their phone much less offer a maintenance agreement. Paul with AirPro answered right away and set up an appointment for this week! We look forward to doing business with AirPro for many years to come! Will post again after our appointment 😀!

Paul was our savior! Our air conditioner started to not cool right around 9pm. I called a few places that stated they were 24 hours but they didn’t answer. Paul did, and noted how much it would be for the service call at night. We opted to have him come the same evening. So thankful he did! He fixed the issue within 30-45 minutes and we were able to sleep peacefully that night.

The team came out and fixed our system super quick. They are super knowledgeable and even told us ways to maintenance the HVAC ourselves if needed. I would highly recommend AirPro to anyone that is having HVAC issues!

Amazing job always but this time the service went above and beyond. If possible I would ask Paul Sepeda to be my tech every time. The annual checkup package is also a blessing so glad we signed up.

They are very prompt. Within just a few hours after I called, their employee, Paul, was at my home checking on why the air wasn’t cooling from my a/c. He was extremely polite and respectful to me. He found the problem and explained to me in great detail what was wrong and the two ways I could choose to have it repaired. One way was the cheapest and would take care of the problem but he also gave me the option of a repair plus an additional part which would create greater preventive for this happening again. He made the repair and also checked my a/c unit for any other problems. He also suggested that I should have my a/c checked every six . months so this problem would be noticed and corrected before the loss of the cool air from my a/c. The price was reasonable and Paul was a complete gentleman and an excellent a/c repairman.

We had a very positive experience with our AirPro technician, Paul. He was very conscientious about maintaining safety protocols during his visit to repair our AC system using gloves and being careful about maintaining social distancing, among other things. Paul explained everything to us, and took his time to make sure he and we understood what was needed to get our system working again. We applaud AirPro for taking care of their employees and their customers during this difficult time. We definitely recommend them!

I called this morning, and they were able to send Paul, the same afternoon. This is after WEEKS of waiting on another quote, from a bigger company, as they kept telling me the parts for the heat kit were on back order and "may" be here 13/31/22. Paul showed up with a van full of parts, and had the heat going within a couple of hours. I signed up for yearly maintenence with this company, and will not be using anyone else moving forward. HIGHLY recommend. Very professional, and very respectable. Paul came out again today, 4/14 for maintenance he was completely professional and thorough on steps to take. Great company to work with. Will continue to use them!

Air Pro has been taking care of our house heating and cooling for years. They are responsive and professional. In Texas heat this is greatly appreciative. They have never failed to find the solution to the problems and quickly apply the repairs. I highly recommend them for service and yearly maintenance of all systems. The owners were quick to respond to my questions and any concerns I had. The technicians, John and Max, were always on time and kept me informed during the installation process. The technicians double checked that the install was performing properly according to city codes. I have used Air Pro for another project and would use them again. I would recommend this company.

I have used AirPro Cooling & Heating for our heating and cooling inspections each year. Robert has professional technicians working for his company. They are honest and do not try to sell you anything you don't need.

I had a leak in my ceiling. I had numerous companies out to investigate the problem, but no one could find out where the leak was coming from. I called Air Pro and they sent John Ramirez out the next day. He quickly determined what was wrong and fixed the leak in a timely manner. He was efficient, friendly and very neat. The cost was quite reasonable and I highly recommend this company.

I have been using AirPro since 2015 I had a system go bad and they were one of the better bids and have been providing services to my rental and personal homes. I still use them today. John was my recent technician and he did a wonderful job communicating things to do moving forward. Love that about this company smaller , better attention to detail and always so honest. Robert is the owner and he has integrity!

The people at Air Pro are absolutely amazing and definitely have amazing customer service. A special thanks to Joseph and his associate for coming out at the end of the day to fix our A/C in this sweltering heat. He was very patient and explained what the issue was, and answered all of our questions. We have used Air Pro several times in the past for both maintenance and repairs, and have always received excellent service.

This company saved my day! We woke up drenched in sweat because our AC unit went out in the middle of the night while asleep. I called another company then called AirPro for a second opinion. They were up front with their pricing for the service call which was almost 1/3 what the other solo shop was going to charge me. I've known John for years but never needed to use them until today. Not only was he on time, right at 11am even though they gave me a window of 11am-1pm on the same day which was more than I could have asked for given it's a Monday! He was honest & thorough with his assessment and gave me options to choose from for repairs. As soon as I authorized the repair he went to work and within an hour my AC was up and running again. I can't say enough good things about this company. We will be using them in the future and recommending them to anyone we know that needs AC/heat repair. They are reasonable, honest, timely & most importantly, courteous which is so rare these days.

I used Air Pro to provide maintenance to my air conditioning unit. John was my technician and he was very polite, and got right to work. He took his time, and inspected and then checked everything on the unit to make sure my unit would continue to run through this blistering summer. I was very impressed by his knowledge and how he handled himself. I am a very pleased customer and look forward to using Air Pro in the future!
