I have had Airpro come to my home and work on my AC system and maintain it over the last 10 years. They have always done their best to help me no matter the situation. And I will admit, I'm a little hard to deal with because of my schedule and I'm always wanting to see whats going on. But no matter how many questions I ask or how much I got in the way, they were always eager to try to help me understand and give me great advice on any repair we could make to keep my system going. Airpro has kept my system going a lot longer than I thought they could, and even though I should have probably replaced it a long time ago they have saved me a lot of money when I wouldnt have been able to get a new one. But finally I will have to start putting the money together for a new system. And I bet you know I will call Airpro to replace it and maintain the new one once installed. No doubt!

Called multiple a/c companies that state they are 24/7 which they are not. Then called Airpro and they answered and sent tech out within 45 minutes after hours. They sent Paul and he was very professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed my AC unit needing a blower motor and he was able to pick up part the next afternoon and install. Paul also did my preventative maintenance check and found other issues that I will need to take care of later. Outstanding customer service will definitely be using them for future repairs.

I’ve worked multiple times with Paul. He’s been knowledgeable and resolved all of our HVAC issues.

I was dealing with an issue with another company and the previous homeowner and Paul was willing to write statement to support my case. They have earned a lifelong customer.

I called them after hours with a non-cooling AC. Within 30 minutes, the tech called and gave me an ETA. He arrived on schedule and very quickly resolved the issue. He did a cursory check of the outside unit afterwards and my house was cooling again. Over-all, I would say this was a VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE. I will use them again.

Came out late at night but showed up quick but was super fast very knowledgeable and very reasonable prices compared to a lot of other companies of 75 dollars to come out this family saving company charges 50 dollars for diagnostics

I have had problems recently at my home and office. Airpro is quick to respond and get things done. It starts with Mary in the office. Great communication! The Technician John is also great! He is very knowledgeable about what he does. He keeps you well informed about the problem and what the next steps are. They don't do things without your approval so you know what the costs are upfront. Highly Recommend!

Our AC broke down at the end of August. AirPro got their technician out quickly - he located the source of our problem, explained everything to me and repaired the problem in record time. Sorry for the late review but I just want to make sure say thanks and we definitely recommend AirPro.

Installed a new HVAC system June 2025. Today they did a seasonal service, no charge. These technicians are great. They explained everything they did, answered all our questions and informed us of our options going forward. Very pleased with every contact we've had with AirPro Cooling & Heating. Highly reccomend!

I have been with Robert and Mary Reasor's AirPro for about a dozen years or more now. Always prompt and professional service. My entire heating/cooling system was replaced in 2018 when the 25 year old system just could not pullis load anymore. They installed a wonderful and reputable new unit inside and out. I had them install an airduct in the attic into my master bathroom a couple years after that. I keep the annual maintenance plan on this system for spring and fall checkups. Yes, other companies offer the checkups for a little less, but I never have to question or be concerned as quality of their work is highly valued in my home. I highly recommend this family owned and room company. The techs really know their HVAC business! Thank you AirPro for your concierge service and support!

I was referred to AirPro by a fellow HOG chapter member (thank you Steve Fantasia) and I am truly grateful for the referal. John was my tech and explained everything. It didn't take him long to find the bad part that, fortunately, is still under warantee. I have been in my house for almost 5 years and John found things that 2 other companies never even mentioned they had done or needed doing. There is even a filter in the attic that no had ever changed and I had no idea it was there. I am totally happy and have my new service contract. I will be telling people about AirPro.

These people work out of their house and are very unprofessional. Put in an order October 3rd and it’s the day before thanksgiving and still not fixed with American home shield. The repair “professional” recommended a new dishwasher then a week later recommended that a 3rd person come out to look at it. Months later it’s still not fixed. The lady that deals with the appointments (Jessica) just lies to try and keep contracts with American home shields. I recommend that no one uses this business especially veterans and active military.

This company is horrible at calling back. I called on a Friday and left a message. I waited for a call back in which they never did. Then on Tuesday I called frontally spoke to Someone and scheduled an appt for Wednesday morning. So my tenets in my home took time off. They no showed and no call at all. I called left messages and nothing. Then get a call the next day saying we are so sorry we will come out today that's not how we do business. Yet again my tenet in my home took time off and no showed again. I called all day Friday and no return calls. Do not use this company they never call back and won't show up. Worst company I have ever delt with.

Paul Barcus came out to evaluate our home foundation and he delivered excellent customer service. Paul is professional, knowledgeable, experienced and a good listener. He answered all my questions and provided us with different options and estimates. He was not pushy and did not say things to scare or alarm me. He was factual. I was very comfortable working with him and highly recommend.

Paul came out to check my foundation; he was extreamly knowledgeable. Paul was willing to break things down to make sure I understood the whole lifting process. If anyone is looking for foundation repairs I will definitely recommend X-treme!

Out of the 4 different companies we called to inspect and give us an estimate for our foundation repair, Paul (the owner) set himself off from the rest with being open and honest! Paul came to inspect our home and gave us an honest opinion and talked us through the entire inspection then explained in detail why we needed what he was recommending….. turned out the other companies were way over kill! We went with Paul and it was the best choice we saved thousands and it solved our issue. I’d highly recommend them to not only family and friends but anyone that I hear looking for an honest foundation repair.

The X-treme team did an awesome job on leveling our foundation. They were very efficient and friendly. They even came back later to remove alot of the extra dirt that was left over.
