Overall, I loved coming into a clean area, especially my bathrooms. Floors swept and mopped. However, this was their first cleaning and they broke a picture frame. Also, aren't they supposed to put things back in their original spots. My things around my sink area were moved around. I like my things a certain way. Had to put my things back to how I had them. Do they do that every time. I know they have to move stuff to clean, but to not put them back where they were originally. Just saying. Thanks, I do appreciate a clean house. Oh and aren't they supposed to scrub the glass shower door. Mine still had the film on it. Thanks again

Young ladies arrived early at 9 am and left at 4. The results are amazing. The detailed cleaning of all 3 restrooms, stairs, loft, kitchen, dining and family room is amazing. My wife and I are struggling with back problems and a meniscus tear so our house needed a lot of work. We appreciate the excellent service and highly recommend The Cleaning Authority!

I had a fantastic team with Alison, Julianna and Erica, they were so thorough. A true powerhouse team! My house smells clean and looks fantastic. I really do appreciate the hard work that they put into it.You could tell it definitely wasn't just a once over, but they really did it deep down clean, which is what I needed. Every interaction I've had with the Cleaning Authority has been a very positive one. It's a family company which I absolutely love supporting that and dealing with the family was very streamlined and professional. I will definitely use them monthly!
I also want to add in that I have a Great Pyrenees and two cats, which is a lot of hair, not to mention the smell of dog and cat litter. All of that was taken care of for me but I think the best thing was that they were not scared of my dog and they were able to work around him without me having to put him away, he is twelve years old and it's hard to get him to move anywhere! I have used a lot of cleaning services, and this is the only one that had a friendly pet clause, all the others made me put him away, which, if you have an elderly dog, you know that can be quite a stressful experience! Definitely not a pleasant one to think of your dog being put away while your house is being cleaned. So five stars from me!

Loved the way our garage turned out! Crew was awesome and definitely recommend.

Thwy did around my new inground pool and several monrhs later it started to bubble up around t edges on the inside around the pool, they came back to fix it after SEVERAL phone calls... Months later I noticed bubbles on the surface and it is now peelng off EVERYWHERE !!! I was told it only had an 8 month warranty !!?? SHOWS THEY DON'T SYAND BEHIND THEIR WORK VERY MUCH ! I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THEM AS IT IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY !! Everyone that comes over wants to know what happened to my cement?? I tell em that it is THAT KOOLKOTE THAT IS SUPPOSED TO BE SOME GOOD STUFF !! :((

Let me start with Jamie Fernandez, who was my first contact with KoolCote. He was excellent in helping us understand the options, the process and the length of time the project would take. We had over 1,500 square feet of concrete to etch and seal. The crews covered our pool as well as the landscaping. And they were great as well.

I can honestly say the final result exceeded my expectations.

This company is amazing. The price was reasonable and the end product was so much better than we ever imagined. The two guys who did the work were professional and respectful and kept a clean workspace throughout the process. Our patio looks better than it ever has. They were very meticulous and even added nice edges to the seams. The products used are very sturdy and high quality. We look forward to working with the Koolcote in the future for more projects

Koolcote is a company I will definitely recommend repeatedly. It started off with our sales representative Erica going in to detail on how the insulation process works and what to expect from start to finish. This team was phenomenal with all aspects of the job from start to finish. Ericka was very forthcoming with expectations and during the job Audrey communicated daily with the objective for the day. I live well outside the city limits yet, the workers would come out at times twice in a day. Highly recommend this company, they still know how to provide quality customer service.

It's has some stuff way cheaper than Lowe's like the Garden timbers Home Depot has them for 3.98 and Lowe's has the for 4.98!!!!!
