Josh (owner) contacted my husband about getting a new roof through his new company Rankin Roofing multiple times until my husband finally agreed. It was the worst experience we’ve ever had with someone who my husband has known for about 20 yrs. Josh’s employees nailed a hole through our water line and the cost to fix that was over $10K, as water ruined our master bathroom, master bedroom, and master closet. Mind you we left for a much needed vacation as Josh and his employees started on our roof, only for us to come back from vacation to our house completely ruined! For someone who my husband considered a friend, to BEG us to let his new company redo our roof and take us through hell for repairs on a mistake on his part is absolutely disgusting to say the least. A longtime friendship down the drain because a “friend” did the least to help us fix his and his companies mistake. BEWARE!

Awesome roofer to work with. They worked closely with my insurance company to get approvals on supplemental requests, and they did an amazing job replacing the roof making sure to cover all my plants and bushes so that they didn't get damaged. Definitely recommend using them

Josh from Rankin Roofing responded quickly to my needs and sent two of his best roofers to repair decking and shingles damaged due to water seepage from previously improper roofing installation. They worked very hard in tight accesses to repair and make future-proof the section of roofing plus outlying areas function properly again to keep the rain out. Will definitely call him again for my future roofing needs!

Rankin Roofing & Solar and their staff are amazing. Other than initiating the original claim with my insurance company, I had little involvement with the claims process. Rankin worked very closely with my insurance company to provide detailed information which resulted in appropriate coverage for my roof replacement. Due to a family emergency, I had to postpone the roof replacement several months. Not only was the company flexible, but each member of the team showed true concern for my family, checking in on us several times. When it came to the day of replacing the roof, they were on time, worked efficiently and did a great job of not only replacing my roof but with cleaning up after the work was completed. I did notice a few nails in the yard, a garden lamp that was broken and a sprinkler head that was damaged. They came out immediately to go through the yard again to pick up any remaining nails, they purchased and install all new garden lamps (6 lamps), even though only one was damaged. They also called in an irrigation specialist to fix my sprinkler head. Six months later, one of the wind turbines on my roof was making a load banging noise. I called the company, and they were out to replace the turbine later that day, at no cost. Rankin Roofing & Solar and their staff are very attentive and always willing to help in any way possible. I highly recommend their service.
