Please avoid this company and Matt Barrow. Recently got inspection and he claimed my roof was terribly bad in need of replacement. I asked him if he was sure and if it would affect my rates if we went with the claim. Went with claim and it got denied, adjusters explained that my roof was in excellent condition. Now I have a claim on my record and my rates jumped. Worst part is i can't even get a quote anywhere else due to claim. I tried calling company and I get no answer. I will be filing a complaint with department of licensing and regulations!! Stay away.

Shawn McDonald is amazing at handling insurance claims! He made the entire process effortless for us. Best Roofer Solar came out to my house and did a thorough inspection on my home. They help me to call my insurance company. I had hail damages all over my roof gutters Fence two of my windows were broke and this company really take good care of me. They help me with the whole Insurance Process they walked me all the way through it process. Mark Richardson, the owner personally called me to check on the process of the job. He is a great guy and Josh was my project manager. I’ve had my roof redone 3 times in the last 8 years. The last two times I’ve used Mark Richardson at Best Roofer Solar. Mark was referred by a friend in the neighborhood and I am so thankful for the referral. Mark is professional and personable and keeps the project running smoothly. He knows the business and worked well with our insurance company, getting us all of the proper benefits. I like that he stays on top of the project, keeps things moving forward, and that he’s easy to talk to and easily accessible. My mortgage company has a whole process when it comes to insurance checks, it can be confusing and time consuming - he even handled that for us. Most importantly, the work is really good.
