After the initial inspection, Hart handled the claim process with our insurance company, including successfully negotiating items that our insurance was not going to initially cover. Once the job began, everything was closely supervised, the crew was fast and efficient and the end result looks great. We highly recommend Hart Roofing and Construction for any roofing needs.

CJ and his team were excellent! He came highly recommended to us from a friend and he did not disappoint. The quality of work on our roof replacement, gutter replacement, and garage door replacement from a severe hail storm was fantastic. He guided is through the entire claims process and his team even found and corrected problems from the original roof installation on our house. CJ made sure that every detail of the work was done correctly from the protection of our house to the final clean up once the work was finished. In the time since the roof was complete, we have yet to find a single roofing nail left behind in the yard. We have already recommended Hart Roofing & Construction to multiple friends and family. Hart Roofing & Construction was the only company, out of 5 I contacted, that provided us with a written cost estimate to remove and install roof shingles and gutters, as well as painting the house. We recently worked with C.J Whitmire, Hart Roofing & Construction, to replace our roof, gutters, garage doors & paint exterior of home. It was quite the undertaking but CJ was flawless in his management of this project. There were a lot of “moving parts” to coordinate with our insurance company and CJ was diligent and assertive on our behalf when necessary. We found CJ to be an excellent communicator throughout the entire process. No detail was overlooked, and he was always professional and courteous. All subcontractors were friendly and had a great work ethic. Hart Roofing exceeded our expectations, and we will use them again when needed.

The best recommendation you can give a company is to use them again. I used Hart Roofing in 2017 to replace my hail damaged roof. I was completely satisfied with their customer service and quality of work. So in 2024 I called on Hart Roofing a second time. And again, I was totally satisfied with my experience. I worked with Hart Roofing representative C.J. Whitmire from beginning to end. He helped me through the insurance process and the final repair. He was great to work. He answered all my questions and was always available. Getting a roof replaced and dealing with insurance can be stressful. Be careful who you choose. I will be using Hart Roofing in the future and will happily recommend them to family and friends.

We could not have been more pleased with our experience with Hart. The communication was timely and thorough. The day of our roof install the roofing crew was there even before the time promised and stayed until past sundown to get our entire roof 95% completed in ONE day. Our shrubs, flowerbeds and windows were completely protected throughout the entire process. They had a supervisor on site the entire time that we could text for any immediate needs or requests. We hope to not need them again for a long time but if we did I wouldn’t hesitate to pick up the phone and call CJ! We even recommended them to multiple friends which is the ultimate compliment.

CJ was very easy working with on my roof claim. He worked closely with my agent and adjuster’s. I only had to make one phone call to the adjuster during the roof repair. We got an upgraded roof, wind turbines and full gutters around the house. Very satisfied with the work and finished product on the new roof. This was a total change from my dealings in 2021 during the ice storm that was a nightmare with a different roofing company and different insurance company. I would recommend Hart Roofing if you ever have a roof claim.

Hart Construction is professional, honest and full of integrity. Jonathan and his team took the time to walk us through the insurance claim process and because their customer service was so great right from the first phone call, it was really a no brainer to go with Hart Construction. Hart installed a top-notch quality roof on our house and went above and beyond to ensure that all ducts, vents, etc were replaced with high quality material that matched our new shingle color. We had excellent service from Hart Roofing, as they, and their subcontractors replaced our hail damaged, Class 4 roof. Representing us, Hart provided direct communication with the insurance company throughout the process. Hart's representative was present during all inspections and the marking of the damaged shingles sections by the adjuster(s). Hart's representative then remarked the disputed roof sections, provided detailed diagrams and pictures, and obtained the ultimate approval to completely replace the roof. The roofers were prompt and in sufficient numbers that they completed the roof replacement and the installation of a fireplace chimney cricket early that day. Cleanup was thorough. Amazing company! Jonathan and CJ are on top of everything. Extremely thorough and organized. Everything went as planned and as promised. We have a large, steep roof and they sent two teams to do the full replacement in one day. Coordinated with the solar company as well to ensure integrity of roof after solar installation. Admin took care of the insurance paperwork for us. Our neighbor was impressed seeing them do our roof and hired them to do their roof as well…they had the same great experience.
