Stephen told me he was going to be here at 10 am and he was there exactly on time. He relocated my sound bar that was mounted on a wall, hid my wires behind the walls and added a new 4 outlet plug. His work was professional and clean. He has a great attitude and takes pride in his work! Highly recommend.

Joe, our technician was beyond helpful in taking care of adding a 240v disconnect for our house. Came out the very next day from calling them. Super professional and made everything look great after installing the outside box. Highly recommend using TLC Electrical for your needs.

The company was quick to respond to my request for service. They were also very accommodating with my availability to be at home for the repair. The service person, Anthony, was super polite and clear in his explanations. The fact that he is bilingual was a plus, as he could explain things to me in Spanish. The repair was done quickly and efficiently.

The work to be done was the replacement of a fuse in the breaker box. I was charged $276, which seems extremely expensive. I understand about travel time, mark up costs for parts and the cost of labor but still, I think that the bill was excessive. I was told about the charges before the repair, though. I accepted them (my other option was not to accept them, pay the $99 for the service call and try my luck with a different company).

In summary, everything was impecable except for the price.

Had TLC out to look at my pool lights. Joe got it all working, educated me on some code issues I had, and fixed those as well. Did a great job and was very professional. Will hire again for my next electrical needs.

Excellent and timely service, went above and beyond. Replaced failed ceiling LED lights, outdoor light and breaker in the garage panel, Joe Veloz did a great job explaining in what was wrong and how he fixed it. Very reasonable cost.

Joe and his crew were very professional and knowledgeable. They repaired the things I needed repaired and replaced over 40 bulbs that were up over 20 feet up. They did a great job and I will definitely call them again.

I was skeptical of TLC at first because they were so responsive, friendly and efficient. Not what I’m used to when I hire an electrician. Audrey and Anthony Diaz exceeded my expectations. Charlie and Jefferson did a great job for me today in adding two dedicated electrical circuits. I have used TLC Electrical for a number of years for my home and business. They are excellent, very polite, efficient and fairly priced. Charlie thought to add the new dedicated circuit for my Christmas lights to my pool circuit box which allows them to be programmed through my pool app! Super cool!!

Alex H was more than helpful with my issue today. He was open to listening what my former electrician days taught me. He did a fantastic job and was very courteous.
He was able to fix the issue at my house which made it a success calling this company.

I was very disappointed in my experience with TLC. I had an electrical issue in the house that boarded on dangerous. My panel was outdated and needed to be replaced. It was audibly sizzling and throwing sparks.

I had TLC come out as a second opinion. I was
Charged $60 to come out which I agreed to. My tech did nothing then tried to charge me $350 as a diagnostic fee. Now I got quotes from 4 other companies all of whom did not charge a come out fee or a diagnostic fee. This experience was disheartening to say the least.

We had Steven come by and do electrical work. He is professional and kind. Gives you prices before performing work which lets you decide what financial decisions to make. Electric work is expensive so knowing in advance helps. Overall, he did a wonderful job, and I hope God blesses this company.
