They did a great job.I had already had an electrician tell me nothing was wrong and that it was my pool pump. Bought and installed a new pump just to find out it still wasn’t getting power. I called tlc electric they came out same day, found, and fixed the problem.

Great service and experience. Was contacted with earlier availability than what was previously scheduled, which I graciously accepted. On arrival the techs were very professional and quickly isolated and repaired the issue. Will 100% recommended to anyone who asks me for a recommendation.

We lost power to our pool pump, called TLC and Stephen came out on a Saturday within three hours of scheduling the appointment. He diagnosed the issue quickly. Stephen explained what caused the issue and what he would do to repair it. Very professional and friendly. Couldn’t have asked for better service!

Charlie was extremely personable and professional. He explained everything he was doing in great detail. He gave me options on what we could do. He was very neat and tidy. I highly recommend TLC electric to anyone needing electrical work done. They also came out a day after I called. Fantastic service!

I love TLC! Have been using them for many years, but today was especially awesome. Matt helped me replace some bulbs with LEDs in some fixtures I couldn’t reach, troubleshooted my landscape light issues and finally, helped install a 30amp outlet for my RV. When he left I had a resolution for everything. He was super personable and his expertise shined through- thank you Matt and TLC!

The young men who represent this company are respectful, highly skilled, and professional in every sense of the word. They are gentlemen through and through, a true class act. They kept their work area clean at all times and treated my home with care and respect.
I also had the privilege of meeting the owner of TLC Electric, and he is one of the kindest people you could ever meet. It is very clear that he invests time and energy into the people who work for him and genuinely cares about his customers. He personally came out to make sure everything was handled properly and that we were happy. That alone speaks volumes about the character and leadership behind this company.
We still have additional work planned with TLC Electric, which says everything about the trust they earned. This company is truly a diamond in the rough, one in a million. The guys that showed up were great and fixed the issue quickly ? The bad part is the company fees , it was a gfc outlet wired backwards n took 5 min to rewire ? The worst thing the company charged 289 bucks for the 5 min ! I fig a good company would have been like hey we got ya don’t worry about the 300 the 99 show up fee cover our time and repair will work but nope they waived the 99 show up fee n charged the 289 ? Ugh smh won’t be calling these guys back

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with TLC Electric. They sent out Joe Veloz Jr., an electrician with over 30 years of experience, to repair a coax and an ethernet port in my home. Another electrical service had previously tried and failed to fix these issues, but Joe is a genius.

He was incredibly nice and immediately showed respect for my home by wearing protective "booties" upon entry. He was able to identify hidden coax wires that needed to be terminated and successfully re-wired the ethernet port. Thanks to his expertise, I am now running MOCA 2.5 over the coax connection and achieving gigabit speeds on both the MOCA and the ethernet port he repaired.

Despite the complexity of the problem, Joe had it handled and fully tested in under an hour. I was constantly kept informed of his arrival time, which I really appreciated. I also learned a lot from Joe while he was working, and he made some great suggestions to improve my home. TLC Electric has earned all my future business, and I will be highly recommending them to my family and friends.

Joe was so friendly, courteous and even though he had to work from 5-8pm he was very gracious.
He did a great job and I’m so happy to finally get my beautiful lights installed.

Joe Veloz took excellent care of us during this recent ice storm. Communication was on point! Jake at TLC Electrical AND Joe kept us informed with a 2 hour window for arrival and also when he was on the way and an ETA. When he arrived he thoroughly explained the diagnosis and solution. I was directly shown the problem and the fixed result. Everything was done cleanly and professionally. Pricing and process were all explained up front and there were zero surprises. The price for the repair was considerably less than I was expecting. We were absolutely desperate to get it fixed the same day because we were without heat with an expected 5° overnight temperature. With the ice on the ground and frigid temperatures, we were beyond thankful for Joe. When you find someone this great, you never go anywhere else. Joe & TLC Electrical have earned that loyalty from us.

Stephen was great at diagnosing my electrical problem with my fan and installing a new one all in the same day! Highly recommend him and TLC!

Very much satisfied with the speedy service of Mr Joe, he replaced the main breaker at my moms house. Mr Zach went an grabbed the part needed & Joe fixed the problem faster than i imagined. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable courteous and friendly I highly recommend Joe and the TLC family for their fast, expert service!!! Thank you again guys!

Joe and team did an excellent job. They were here on time, very knowledgeable about the work, and completed everything very efficiently. Thy even worked around our Christmas tree to adjust the chandelier. Great job.
