The Duster Crew cleaned my windows inside and out on my home last week and did an amazing job. The new window cleaning method they use is very clean and doesn’t leave behind any mess like the old bucket method I have had done in the past. I highly recommend The Duster Crew for window cleaning and any other type of cleaning services you may have a need for.

Our cleaner arrived promptly and did an excellent job.

I had a great experience with Duster Crew. It was easy to get ahold of them to schedule the cleaning and they did a really good job cleaning my house. I didn’t have to oversee anything - they were on time and responded to my messages which made the experience really easy. Good prices too. I’d use them again.

I have used the Duster Crew at least 12 or more times since the beginning of 2023. I have used them for a deep clean, a special event and then weekly(for the last 2-3 months.) They have been fast, efficient, and thorough. If anything is ever missed(very little, hardly ever), I just let them know and it is taken care of right away. The crew is usually 4-5 ladies and they are all very kind and hard working. Hector is the owner/manager and their contact person. He is extremely quick to respond, and accommodate any of my housekeeping needs, changes in schedule, etc. It is truly, truly incredible and such a blessing to be able to have a manager so easy to be in touch with and get such quick responses and solutions from. p.s. I just read a review from Julie Richie and I echo everything she said about them. The do leave sweet decorative touches and work very quickly as a team of 4-5 and finish in about 1 & 1/2 hours. I am extremely satisfied with their service as well and HIGHLY Recommended them!

Johana and her team come every other week to keep up with the general cleaning in my home. There are 4 ladies who spread out & take care of everything so quickly that I can get on with my day within an hour. They’re always cheerful too! I love the dependability and great job Duster Crew does for me. Highly recommend their service.

I hired The Duster Crew for a deep clean of my very dirty house. The team arrived on time and scrubbed the place literally from top to bottom. They did an absolutely phenomenal job. The house is now clean, fresh, and looks great. The only reason I didn't grant a fifth star is because they didn't follow instructions to clean the fridge, which I had paid extra for. Instead, they cleaned my oven by mistake. Still, an overall great job!

The window cleaners did an amazing job of making our windows look like new. Unfortunately, they did leave some dark handprints around the walls in the upstairs areas that I can’t reach to clean off the walls so that is why this is a 4 vs 5 star review.

As a REALTOR®, I am always looking for vendors to serve my clients. I considered The Duster Crew because of good reviews. And after having them do a job I would use them again. Not only was it was easy to communicate with them, they were also flexible with my schedule. I really liked that they send out a crew of 4 people. It helped me as an agent to be able to book my photography the same day.
The only thing that wasn't perfect was that the confirmation for the appointment was one hour later than originally told to me and then they were about 45 minutes past that time. It did interfere with my next appointment, but we were all able to respectfully work around each other.
I'm not deducting any stars, because they were so easy to work with and they did a great job!
I will recommend them for the next job.

Absolutely fantastic! We were a little hesitant at first because we had never used a cleaning company before, only private individual cleaning ladies, but The Duster Crew was just amazing! They arrived on time and were friendly, professional, and got finished when they said they would be. The price for our deep clean was very reasonable and our house looks gorgeous. I highly recommend this wonderful company!

UPDATE: Went from 5 stars to 2!! The first time we used them, this company was phenomenal and we were SO impressed. The second time, completely opposite. They were 30 minutes late and only cleaned for 45 minutes and then left. The website lists everything they are supposed to do and they did not do everything. The did a rush job and we got ripped off. We will not be using their services again. Extremely disappointed and upset.

The Duster Crew came 4 ladies strong, and immediately started working. The ladies worked in a very coordinated, efficient manner. They were very detail oriented and did an excellent job of doing a deep clean. When it was time to review the work, I found one area that was not cleaned to my liking, and they were very responsive in taking care of it. I definitely recommend the Duster Crew.

The Duster Crew did a great job cleaning my house, you can see the attention to detail when it came to cleaning. The ladies were super sweet and took their time in their cleaning and I have them booked to clean for me every week from now on. It took a lot of weight off my shoulders knowing these ladies come and do a great cleaning and just have a great attitude. I recommend their service to anyone and everyone I know and I am very thankful for them.

They show up early, constantly. I notified them how important it was to keep their schedule because I work remotely and schedule around them. Any time they have a cancelation, they ruin my schedule and I'm the only one that gets inconvenienced. They don't clean the floors well and their vacuums are not maintained and have tripped my breakers numerous times. I vacuum behind them and the rugs still require extra vacuuming. Every picture in my house needs straightening after they have come. They send all non-English speaking people that I can't communicate with. The ladies are nice, but the company does not care about me as their customer, nor do they care of I'm happy with the service. I've reached out multiple times and I don't see any changes.

The price in the quote sent to you is $10 per window, and in the written conversation, there were around 21 windows counted, including the 5 from the house. However, you mentioned that there are 14 windows plus the 5 at the front. We gave you a price based on this count, trusting your word, pending a final count during the service.
For the 14 windows you mentioned, we gave you a discounted price of $120, plus the 5 at the front. But when we counted the windows at the house, it turned out there were 20 windows in total. In the end, we’re still offering you a $30 discount, but we cannot provide the service for $120 when there are 20 windows to clean.
I just want to clarify that there was never an intention to take advantage of the situation. On the contrary, we are applying a discount to the service. Thank you for understanding!

I leave it at this. He wouldn't pick up the phone and sent me this text which shows he agreed to clean 19 windows including the front door(counting it as 3 windows) for $120 and when he showed up he counted 21 windows because my door which I sent pic to him (counted it as 4 windows) he quoted me $180. How you go from $120 to $180 if you are counting 2 extra windows. and you charge $10 per windows. Very very shady.
