All these reviews are from family and friends. Beware of their business practice. We sent them pics of every window that needed to be cleaned in the house. Upon arrival they started to question the amount of windows and increases price by 50 dollars. Showed them everything in text including pics of windows and agreed to price. Ultimately told them to leave after realizing it was a scam. They thought they could squeeze out a few extra bucks. Communication was super poor and absolutely did not feel comfortable with the gentleman's demeanor which was rude and confusing to say the least.if you do go with them ask them if the wondow cleaning folks work for this company or if they are subcontractor in an effort to challenge the price they quoted us in writing. They couldn't answer that properly for me which was an instant red flag. Everytime we called to speak with someone at the company the same gentleman that provided the quote and showed up to clean windows picks up. He's obviously the owner of this so called cerified "woman owned business". Honor the quote and agreement to clean my windows and I might update review to two stars.

I've been using the Duster Crew to have my house cleaned each month for about a year now. They are always on time, with great communication, and do a great job. Recently I had some work done to my home which caused some scheduling conflicts, but everyone at the Duster Crew was extremely accommodating!

The attention to detail is impressive - they even cleaned the turnstile that I keep my toiletries displayed in and found my son’s bedsheets sitting in the dryer and replaced those, too! My house always looks immaculate when they leave, and what’s more — it feels clean. Very satisfied with The Duster Crew.

Much appreciated] 👏👏 Excellent service at the beginning (gave 5 stars last year) then quality dropped off significantly. Crews are very genial and efficient. Management doesn't handle perceived criticism well. Admonishing a client before offering to remedy a service delivery problem is never a winning strategy. My 11 yr old arthritic dogs, one receiving monthly shots to allow her to walk, is definitely not "distracting" the cleaning crew so much that they are rendered incapable of wiping a sofa or dusting cobwebs.

Absolutely wonderful service. I hired them for a move out clean. Not only are they thorough, but -they responded quickly
-they are extremely reasonably priced
-they have helpful add on cleaning services that saved me the time and hassle of hiring another company (carpet cleaning, window cleaning, wall cleaning, etc.)
-And all of their pricing and an itemized detailed list of EXACTLY what is cleaned is provided up front.

They are overall an ok cleaning service. There’s a team of them which makes the process faster but I find they work a little too fast -often missing things and spots. Seems like they are in a rush to get to their next house.

I always had issues with the dishes being cleaned. Seemed like something they didn’t really want to do. But customers want clean dishes. That’s part of hiring cleaners. If the dishwasher was full with dirty dishes they would over stuff the dishwasher or half clean by hand what couldn’t fit.

They also often put things back where they didn’t belong. Rugs would end up in different places.

If things are in the way they make piles with your stuff. Which is totally fine. But in the closet, for example, they’d put like sneakers on top of folded clothes :/. Little things like that.

I had an important item go missing. Which to be fair I can’t contribute to them for sure. But it should still be in this house and I’ve yet to find it after several months. Fingers crossed it eventually turns up. I do trust them but it’s just boggled my mind where it could have gone.

Lastly they would OFTEN come earlier than the time they scheduled making it difficult if we weren’t home yet. If you say 10am, show up at 10 am. I don’t want to be stressed trying to get back home to let you in because you’re early that day.

I will say hector the owner was very responsive and always helpful.

I have used several cleaners hoping to find a gem! I’m very particular and don’t mind paying for the details if needed. However, I have hit the jackpot with The Duster Crew. They are priced perfectly reasonable and always leave me satisfied with their cleanings. I get the same crew, 4-5 show up and do a great job in about 2 hours. This works well for me since I work from home. They communicate consistently and I am able to pay online. They are consistent!!!!! For all these reasons I would recommend this cleaning service to all my friends.

When we moved here last summer, we were looking for a cleaning service that could clean our large house (5,000 ish sf) quickly since my husband and I both work from home and need to be on Zoom and calls during the day. I looked a many different services but this was the only one that could send multiple people (4-5) and be done in about an hour or hour and a half depending if they're doing just the downstairs or the whole house. We are extremely satisfied with our cleanings! They do a fantastic job and leave thoughtful, creative touches on the paper towel, tissue boxes, and toilet paper that make it feel like you live in a fancy hotel! They even vacuum the sofas and chairs. Everything looks beautiful when they are done. They are professional and friendly. We couldn't be happier.

The team did a decent job with the cleaning. They were professional and covered the basics well.
However, I feel the service is a bit overpriced for the level of cleaning provided compared to other cleaners.

Duster crew was great! Arrived on time and left my place clean. My house was covered in dog hair and they did a great job. If I had photos to share, I would!

Crew of 4 cleaned less than 1 hour. Need more attention to detail. Not sure if bathroom vanities were sanitized, just looked wiped down. Spots still on mirror in bathroom.
