We’ve used The Duster Crew for over 4 years every two weeks. They are always efficient and thorough. It’s such a relief when I come home to a clean house! I highly recommend them!

This was the smoothest process from start to finish! Booked online, they arrived on time and did an amazing job! Moved furniture to get to all the hidden spots and my home smelled and felt so good when I came back. I will be booking the deep clean again with the Duster crew!

They are the best! We have been using them to clean our house on a regular monthly basis and they do such a great job. They also helped us when moving and did a full deep clean so the new place was move in ready. It was a night and day difference. Their team is professional and they are the sweetest people! Highly recommend.

I was excited to invite Duster Crew into my home for a deep clean as we prepare to sell our house. Before their arrival, I did a lot of work decluttering and putting away all of the knickknacks. The group of four ladies came and worked for about an hour and 45 minutes and to the naked eye, everything seems to be OK. after moving things around, I realized that the cleaner that was in the kitchen did not move a single thing to wipe underneath, the showers were not properly scrubbed, and this little crevice area needed A lot more attention. (As well as quite a bit more dust around baseboards, blinds, shelves, etc.) I reached out to the customer service manager, and was very impressed with the ease and willingness to come out and make the corrections. I was greeted with looks of annoyance and anger when the ladies arrived again. Only one spoke a little bit of English and she said what do you want us to do. In my Opinion, they had the pictures that their boss sent, and they also have their own eyes to see where the problem areas were. They clean for about 20 more minutes, asked me to check things there were still some incorrect areas. I was told she tried, but couldn’t get it up, another lady came and was able to do it with just a little bit of effort. I then was in my closet later that evening and noticed the dust all over my clothes from them finally wiping the top of the closet shelves. Needless to say, I will not be using this company again. I was hopeful that their Customer Service would shine, but I was sadly let down. I appreciate Israel for his help, but unfortunately, my business will go elsewhere.

Duster Crew is absolutely the BEST! They have put together a great cleaning plan for our large home. Their deep cleaning is so worth it but I also have to say that EVERY time they clean the home is thoroughly cleaned and to my specifications! Happy to be a reference for them!

I honestly don’t even know where to begin — The Duster Crew completely blew me away. I scheduled power washing and window cleaning (inside and out), and the crew that came out exceeded every possible expectation I had.

They showed up on time, were incredibly friendly, and worked with such efficiency and professionalism that I was honestly shocked. My windows are spotless, my patio and front entrance look brand new after the power wash — and it was all done so quickly and thoroughly, without me having to lift a finger.

This was way beyond anything I imagined. I’ve never had such a positive experience with a service company before. I’m truly wordless — just so, so impressed. Highly recommend The Duster Crew ♥️

Professional and courteous! I was very pleased at the thoroughness of the team who cleaned my house. I would highly recommend them. They were also on time and very attentive to what my needs were!! Will be using them again for sure!

We hired them for a move in clean, we are just getting around to unpacking and organizing and i have Ended up cleaning most of the books and corners myself. Along with anything higher than 5ft in the house, cob webs left on light fixtures, dust on the top of cabinets, doors, shelving,etc.
Worth mentioning they did a great job with the cabinets and the floors. Just attention to details was lost.

I am very happy with MaidPro of Grapevine and especially Rafaela. She does a great job on my home and is careful about my pets. I have used MaidPro in two homes now and would recommend them.

Margarita was here yesterday for the first time. She was much better than previous companies I have used. I was especially pleased with her cleaning of my kitchen and bathrooms. Countertops and appliances sparkled. I am hopeful that this quality will continue over time.

I have been using MaidPro for a few years now- the same person comes at the same time every 2 weeks. She does a great job and when she was here yesterday, she helped me with some things that she doesn't normally do (and I can't do right now due to back surgery) - putting new sheets on the bed, loading and unloading washer and dryer, filling dog water bowl, etc. MaidPro is a wonderful cleaning service and I highly recommend them!

Lorena and Blanca are great! Quality work at a fair price. We receive good communication from maidpro and appreciate the reminder phone calls for appointments. We have been using maidpro for many years now and can easily recommend them.

This was the second time MaidPro came out to clean my house. The second experience was even better than the first. Darcy was very thorough and detail oriented. They do a great job!

We have been using MaidPro for about 6 months. They have done an outstanding job. Margarite and Yecenia have been the team tackling our house and we have been very pleased. They get every nook and cranny. This is a company that provides excellent customer satisfaction.

I've been using them for about a year. It's a little pricey, but the cleaners are excellent and thorough. Specifically, Genesis Orozca did an great job for me recently.
