Emily does a great job and is very nice. I always get a very thorough cleaning, which is done quickly, but effectively. I really appreciate the pleasant personality and positive attitude that Emily has towards her work. Thanks again for a job well done.

Emily always does an amazing job, and we are so happy with how clean our home is every week! On the few occasions we've had to reschedule and have a different cleaner in the home, they've been excellent as well and the administrative staff has been responsive and helpful.

Update: We've now had a new professional, Natasha, clean our home due to Emily moving on. Natasha also goes above and beyond with her clean, and we are more than happy with her work, and especially with how conscientious she is of our pets and home at large. We couldn't be more pleased.

We have used Maid Pro for three years and always been so happy with both the quality and the professionalism of their pros! Kaylie especially has been such a blessing to our family for the last year and a half. She is friendly, dependable, does an outstanding job cleaning and is always super flexible with whatever state my children have left the house in! :)

Appointment was scheduled via phone easily and quickly. 2 Person cleaning crew arrived reasonably close to scheduled time and proceeded to clean. They completed their 49 point checklist which included kitchen sinks, surfaces & appliance faces, living room, 2 bedrooms with walk-in closets & 2 bathrooms. All the 9 windows blinds were dusted as were 3 ceiling fans and all furniture. Hardwood floors were cleaned & polished and all carpets were vacuumed. When completed I did a walk- through inspection, which was all satisfactory, all in 2 hours. My initial visit cost was $229. Recommended and I have them scheduled monthly now.

We have been working with MaidPro for about a year. In the past months, Emily has been cleaning our house alone. Despite her cleaning alone, her work is thorough yet fast. She pays attention to details. Also, as both I and my husband work from home during her cleaning, we feel she respects us by keeping things quiet. Leanna is my new favorite daily cleaner, and she is a joy to have at our Swissport GSE office in Grapevine. She's very thorough, she asked me is there anything extra that I need or what I need done that day. I have mechanics and she cleans up all the grease and the stains and never complains, and our guys are messy, and we all know it, but she is the best at conquering the bathrooms. She makes me comfortable and always speaks to everyone in the office.

Had a team of two clean our whole house this past week. Did a thorough job upstairs and downstairs. Melissa is a super hard worker, don’t think I saw her slow down once. And, she always looks to see if there is any special task she can include. Even more spectacular, we won a free service a few months back and used it on oven clean this time. I almost have to wear sunglasses when I open it since it shines so brightly! Highly recommend Melissa, super work ethic, professional, and pleasant.

Leighann is awesome! I came home exhausted from my appointment. She had my bedroom clean, fresh sheets and turned down at pillows for me to slide into while she cleaned remainder of house. She is a “dream come true” for me!
