Excellent experience! We recently moved in, are almost finished unpacking, & felt completely overwhelmed. They were able to book for the very next day. The crew was super kind, extremely helpful, and efficient! This place feels and looks so much better! I know we will sleep well tonight! Thank you!

Update: I read response from owner and got 1 sentence in before realizing he is flat out lying. I did specifically say “5 king beds changed, clean kitchen, family room, entry foyer, formal living”. And their email even referenced these items back to me!! So not only do they not do their job, they lie straight from owner.

I have had 3 appts booked with this company and only a partial good service. The first appt was for my 5500 sF home to do basic clean of beds, baths, kitchen, etc. They broke one of my boys' football trophies in his bedroom. The second cleaning (because I figured that was an accident and it happens) was for a move out to our new home and I specifically told them NOT to do anything with fridge/freezer bc I still needed to move it all to our new house. They turned the whole thing off, didn't tell me, so I didn't open it for 24 hours and everything was trash. They gave me a $200 credit only after I made a big stink and we all know $200 doesn't cover everything in your fridge/freezer or even close. I am embarrassed to say I even booked them again, but 5 months later, I did because I needed help with a bunch of guests in town and needed sheets changed, kitchen cleaned, etc. They CANCELLED on me the day before my appt because I didn't reply back to a text quick enough. DO NOT BOOK THEM!!! This isn't one mistake, this is many, each and every time.

I am so thankful for the team that came to my house today! They got every nook and cranny and made my whole house look amazing! I highly recommend!

We moved into our home and desperately needed a good, attentive, deep clean. The ladies that came out did a wonderful job and were so sweet. We can not recommend this service enough. They did so well that I signed up for a recurring cleaning from them. Thank you so much for the hard work and attention to detail. We look forward to the next service.

Hala and her crew did an amazing job on my house. My girlfriend has been out of town for 5 weeks for work, and i was juggling so much trying to make sure everything was nice when she gets home. The house was spotless and they were very kind, efficient, and if i ever need another cleaning, i will DEFINITELY be calling Mike’s again!!

3 months of using the service. They are organized, answer when you call, and the cleaning technicians follow every time the cleaning notes you help create for your account. I was overcharged one time and the company took responsibility for the error, refunded the overcharged amount, and discounted the next cleaning appointment. They are dedicated to fairness. I feel respected.

Still an excellent service! My custom needs are accommodated when uncontrollable factors arise in life without violating the terms of service. I receive good value for what I am charged.

Jessica and her team were absolutely superb! They gave our home a major facelift. I appreciated the time and energy they put into getting every detail. Now our home is in immaculate condition thanks to their amazing cleaning and organizing skills!

We worked with Mike's Cleaning & Organizing to help clean an empty rental home that we recently moved out of. The booking process was easy, and the team was ready with an estimate in minutes. There was a need to change the schedule, but that change was communicated in advance so that we could adapt (the change actually happened to work better with my schedule!). There was another slight change on the day, but the team made sure that all my needs were taken care of and communicated the change that needed to be made. Finally, the team that came to work with me on the day was kind, professional, and careful! We were so tired from moving out, so we were grateful that this was one thing that we could take off of our plates with no stress at all. Mike's Cleaning & Organizing did a comprehensive post construction cleaning of my two-story home after my wood floors had to be sanded twice! It was truly a gift from God how the hardworking and efficient team, led by Jessica, came in and made my home livable. I will definitely use them again. So thankful!

My mom found Mike’s Cleaning and Organizing last minute after I called her to help me in a pinch because I did not have the time or energy to clean my apartment after a disastrous move. Mike’s promptly found a time slot that they could accommodate the cleaning with only a day notice. They showed up on time the day of the cleaning, even after calling them to tell them I was running 20 mins late. Even amidst telling them this, they showed such kindness and grace. They were incredibly mindful of everything and left no stone unturned. Blown away by not only their services, but their professionalism, and kindness. I cannot wait to use them again.

Very fast, but professional. There were tiny misses but nothing drastic. The crew did everything that was requested. They coordinated as a team and tackled everything in great time. We paid for the basic clean, but that included dusting fans, vents, and steam mopping the floors (if opted). They got down to the baseboards and cleaned the stainless appliances, which is a plus! I was there as they were cleaning and they kept to themselves but were polite to ask me to move some of the heavier things to continue their clean. Thank you!

Disappointed with the service and lack of professionalism

I recently hired Mike's Cleaning and Organizing Company to clean my property, and I'm extremely disappointed with the overall experience. Unfortunately, the quality of their work did not meet my expectations, especially considering the high price I paid.

On the first day, the maids spent over 4 hours working on the main bathroom and kitchen and still did not complete the job. One of the maids was still cleaning the kitchen, which was not in bad condition, while the other maid was still working on the bathroom in the main bedroom.

When they returned to finish the job a few days later, I discovered that the kitchen blinds were broken from one window and the microwave vent was also damaged. I immediately contacted the supposed manager, Halo girl, who arrived late and initially tried to deny responsibility for the damages. Eventually, she admitted that one of the maids had broken the blinds but claimed the microwave was already damaged. However, I vividly remember inspecting the microwave with the manager on Monday, and it was intact.

After informing them that I would file a claim against them, they agreed to replace the broken items. However, even after paying for 9 hours of service and a hefty fee of $1,000, the job was still not up to par. The shower was not properly cleaned, and the master bathroom blinds still had dirt and dog hair.

When I reached out to the manager to address these issues, they responded in a combative manner, trying to argue and avoid taking responsibility.

Overall, my experience with Mike's Cleaning and Organizing Company was extremely unsatisfactory. I would not recommend their services based on the lack of professionalism, subpar job completion, and unhelpful communication when dealing with issues.

Mike’s Cleaning Service provides an excellent experience. The team coming to my house is fantastic and my house looks great when they leave.

Booked 100% online which was super convenient. Communication across email, text, and phone was clear and friendly. The cleaning team showed up on time, did a great job, and made sure I was happy before they left. A great experience! I look forward to having them back.

I’ve used this company for about two years, the cleaning team is literally wonderful, however unfortunately we will no longer be using their services! And cannot recommend them any longer, apparently they have someone different handling the payments & the customer correspondence…We were charged $665 first thing this morning BEFORE the team arrived at our home, this had NEVER been done before, we have ALWAYS paid AFTER the service was completed….Also, since our son moved out, TWO of our bedrooms are completely EMPTY as we have not yet refurnished them, so we didn’t need either of the TWO bedrooms cleaned, but was still charged for full house though both those bedroom doors remained closed & didn’t need any cleaning, they’re empty.

As for the new person manning the phone lines, well let’s just say, this person is overzealous, condescending & rude, and is trying to dress it up as “professional”

As I said MY CARD WAS CHARGED AND FULLY DEDUCTED $665 FROM MY ACCOUNT BEFORE THE TEAM ARRIVED AT MY HOME! Hence the only reason I called because in two years that had never happened before.

The new person corresponding is extremely unpleasant and will definitely run this business straight into the ground.👋🏽 Good luck to you, looks as though your gonna need it with you over a dozen 1 star reviews.
