We had a remodeling project in our home that made things terribly dusty. Kelsey and Monica came and did great work. They're very thorough, and so quiet. They have done a great job on so many levels. The staff is always polite and efficient. We have a bird that is sensitive to most cleaners and as such we have special products they need to use. Stood in store 15 minutes, trying to find specific difficult to locate item. Three clerks ignored my attempts to flag them down, and finally I walked out! Going down the street to Lowes!!!

Garbage customer service. I stood in the riding lawn mowers area for 15 minutes seeking advice and no one came to help me with my purchase. As they are expensive machines I required expertise from home Depot, and they failed to deliver even a greeting to me. Now I need to find somewhere else instead
