We have had excellent work done with this company including yard landscape maintenance and tree removal.

We’ve been using Streamline Design for several years to perform our seasonal landscaping needs. We always receive compliments from our neighbors, passers by and our HOA. I would recommend them for your lawn and landscaping needs.

Streamline Designs has been our landscaping company for 5-6 years & has excellent. They are dependable, detailed & communicate well. I highly recommend them.

They No showed. I finally called only to be told they wanted to reschedule. NOT!. A phone call that morning would have been nice.
If this is how they treat a potential customer, I don't want to find out how they treat an existing customer.

Christi did the landscaping all around my home. I told her what style of landscaping I wanted. She showed her expertise by superseding what I was expecting. She did a fabulous job and was a pleasure with which to work.

The drivers looked like they weren’t going to yield, perhaps since I had my blinker on. My light was green but they entered the intersection as if they had a protected left turn. I turned my hands upside down, but did not flip them off.

I slowed down to turn into the school to pick up my daughter and they sped up, speeding on 1709, and honked at me as they drove by.

It wasn’t even a big deal and I definitely didn’t do anything wrong on the road. I have it on drive cam. I don’t know why he would act like that.

We use C&T Landscape & Desing for business and for our home. They are reliable, efficient, and very quick to respond when we need anything. Privately owned and operated. Highly recommend.

Took off work to have someone come to my house in February. Hesaid he was the owner. We discussed what I needed done. He said no problem and would get back to me in a few days with a price. A month later when i had heard nothing I sent an email. Here we are in May and nothing. I would not waste my time if you are looking for yard service. Obviously they have all the work they can handle & cannot even find the time to return an email

Cristy came to our home to discuss our needs for landscaping. We waited two weeks for the appointment, as they stated they were very busy due to the freeze (which we understood).
My husband walked her through the project, which she estimated would be $6k-10K to complete. She left stating we would hear from her in the next week with a written itemized quote.
We NEVER heard from her again, even after several follow up attempts.
I get that everyone is busy after the freeze, but you don't just NOT follow up when people have invested their time and looking to spend significant money on their project.
Maybe it was just not Southlake money and that is why we did not get a call back. UNPROFESSIONAL!

A few years ago we used CT Lawns to custom make and install our christmas lights. The owner provided the initial bid which was high but we agreed to pay to use a local contractor. We wrongfully assumed we would get someone to provide quality service. Each year their prices go up and be advised their quotes do not include taxes where other quotes do. They will not fix any damage (gutters) unless you see it. This year i had to call them back within a day or two of their install to fix sections of the lights that didn't even work. In my opinion, their service is lacking and not worth their fees.

I could not be more happy with the job C & T have done! I redid the landscaping in my front yard (after two botched jobs from a previous landscape company.) Christy came out a few days after my intial call to them and I told her the budget I wanted to stay within. She worked with me on this , suggested plants that would work in this particular area and I love what they did! She was in constant contact with me either via voicemail or email (a rarity around here it seems ) and the crew showed up promptly at 8am on the day of the job.The crew couldn't have been nicer- Christy showed up on that morning as well, just to make sure the crew knew exactly what went where. Finding a company that keeps in communication with me and then actually shows up , is one that I will use again and recommend to others. Not to mention staying within budget. Christy also called a week after the work was complete to see if everything was ok and to my liking. Amazing service !

We have an abundance of overgrowth on one side of our backyard. We have an old Bradford Pear, pampas grass, poison ivy, and too many volunteer plants to count. I let C&T know that we wanted it all cut down and dug out and also wanted to start over with all new plants. We have an almost 11,000 square foot lot so this isn't a small feat. We aren't doing the whole yard, but a significant portion of the back needs an overhaul. So far, no problem at all.
When our landscape designer Cristy came out the following week for the quote she started the conversation with "I don't even know why I'm here, we are in Southlake". I thought that was a little odd but decided to let it slide. After a quick briefing on what we were wanting done, she responded with "That's going to be expensive. At least $5000. Is that going to be a problem?" Well, we knew it was going to be expensive but she just sounded so condescending. She hadn't been there 5 minutes before she seemed like she was doing everything she could to get out of there as quickly as possible. She didn't take measurements, just snapped a couple of pictures and told us she would get back to us in a few days. Then she walked out the front door without even shaking our hand or thanking us for having them out for a quote.
From the minute she arrived, to the minute she left, she treated us like we were some poor, backwoods country folk who couldn't fathom the idea of landscape design. It's been a week since she was here and we have yet to get a follow up email or phone call with a quote. Sorry C&T, we will just take our business somewhere we are treated like valued customers rather than like an inconvenience.

We have used C & T for over over 18 years and we love them. We just had a major landscaping done by Christy and Armando and it was perfect. The crew is always good and this was one of the best jobs yet.

We've really enjoyed our new yard and for the first time ever are proud of it! Cristy went above and beyond for us throughout the entire process, from design to completion. Cowboy and the crew did an amazing job of executing Cristy's design. This is a top-notch, professional organization that we highly recommend!
