We were hired by HavenHub and completed the work requested. They have refused to pay and claimed that their clients hadn't paid them. We sent a lien letter to them. To my surprise, all of their clients had paid HavenHub in full, but they still refuse to pay us. Don't hire a dishonest company that doesn't pay its subs. Go somewhere else.

Working with HavenHub was an amazing experience! We just moved down to Texas less than a year ago and wanted something more for our backyard than just grass, especially in the hot summer months!! I put in a request for someone to come out and they were here the next day. The design render they created for me was beautiful and they were wonderful about explaining the whole process, time frame, etc. Couldn’t recommend this company more to work with! You won’t be disappointed!

The representative for Haven Hub was decent and the contractor that they used was great. However, our project has been completed for almost a month and they have yet to pay our contractor. We are having issues getting in contact with Haven Hub. Also, the pricing was outrageous and our landscaping does not look like it should for how much we paid.

It's hidden. Therefore hard to find. No one is ever there and receptionist never answers or returns calls. So use your own judgement.

This company is contracted by the Monticello HOA in Southlake, TX and they are extremely inconsistent in their performance and very shoddy in their performance and quality. Terrible company with very poor and unresponsive local management - Our common area hasn't been mowed and landscaped in over 5 weeks. The grass is so high that it has now become a dangerous breeding ground for snakes and rodents. They continually use "rain" as an excuse, yet my personal property landscaper hasn't missed a week yet.

The has to be one of the most non-responsive companies I've ever had to deal with. My HOA sent a request on 8/31/2022 to have them come repair a sprinkler they damaged while doing landscape maintenance on my home and they have yet to respond to the request. My HOA has reached out multiple times with no response. I called the main customer service number and they tried contacting them, still now response. Every time I call the office number, nobody answers the phone. I'm honestly surprised they have 2.4 star rating instead of 1.

We use them for our HOA, not for much longer. They talked a great game to land the deal, but when it came time to doing the work, they are VERY disappointing! After 8 months, we still have a list of items that have not been done. Oh, but they collect the money, believe me! Frankly, I say RUN. If you go with them, you'll see what I mean.

Not sure what to think.
I see at least one of their box trucks with and without a trailer almost every single day blocking the gas pumps at the Quick Trip located at 35W@114. Their truck blocks ALL of the pumps on the west side and they go inside and use the microwave and then they all sit down on the grass under the trees against the fence separating the Shell station from the Quick Trip continuously blocking the entire last row of fuel pumps for an hour or more.
I realize everyone deserves a lunch in the shade, that is not the issue.
Blocking the gas pumps at noon at a very busy station is bullshit.
You can't be that stupid to believe it's no big deal and nobody notices.
I took pictures and a couple videos and sent them around locally. Nobody laughed.
That is a terrible example to set for yourselves in this community.
