Will and his team are highly professional and knowledgeable about their profession. I called, and the owner—Will came right out to assess the pool and made the absolute right decision to get my pool back in order for this weekend‘s party! Without reservation, I highly recommend this company for any of your pool needs!

When I need “real life” pool help and advice I call these guys! They always give it to me straight. They listen to my specific issues and needs and then get it done fast and fair. I recently wanted a new pool vacuum. When I called for advice the lady on the phone listened to what I was “needing and wanting” and then recommended a product that was even better suited to my needs than the more expensive product I was looking at. She then had a technician out here in 45 mins and the new vac was installed in about 30 minutes! I also love their “no hassle” billing. I have a card on file with them so when the job is done (to my satisfaction) they just bill it. I don’t have to deal with paying the service guys when they are at the house.

I was losing my pool and I just fired my pool maintenance person so I called Premium Poolsmith and in a few hours Will came out. He evaluated the situation he gave me a quote that I accepted and he went to work. Within an hour he had the pool back going in the right direction and by the next morning it was crystal clear. Will came out the next morning to make sure everything was good. It has only been 24 hours but at this point i would highly recommend.

I am so impressed! I reached out to them via their website for a quote and received a phone call within the hour. We scheduled a visit from Will to come out the next day to look at the pool and give us a quote for a one-time cleaning. He was able to give us the quote right there, and when we said yes, he immediately started working on the pool. We have had other pool companies out for quotes and sometimes had to wait weeks to get an answer.

Premium Poolsmith did a great job coming out and cleaning our pool. Completely drained and power washing the pool. It is back to its sparkling clean water. Everyone was great to work with and we are now using them for our weekly service. Very professional service.

If they find something needs replaced or fixed, they text me same day with pictures and explanation and their recommendations. Then I can pay them electronically and the work is done. Great service! We have used Will several times for mechanical assistance and he was always fast and prompt with service when we were not a monthly service account. We contacted Will late one afternoon after fighting chemical imbalance and he showed up same afternoon a few hours later. He worked with us and we came up with a game plan to address our issues and we signed up for monthly service. We know they will take care of things and we can now truly enjoy our pool and no longer continue fighting with chemical imbalance.

We've been using Premium Poolsmith for a while and couldn't be happier. Highly recommend them. Prior companies, and we've been through a few, could never get the salt and chlorine right. Since using Premium Poolsmith, our pool is crystal clear, clean and always looks amazing!

My pool doesn't look good at all. Very unhappy with the outcome.

Note: I had no yellow algae before they've started cleaning my pool. I really hope they can get this right.
