Premium Poolsmith is awesome. The company came highly recommended and they have yet to disappoint. I would recommend Premium Poolsmith that wants a pool service that delivers great service and great customer service.

I had a Raypk pool heater that stopped working. Devin can out and determined it was the igniter. Ordered the part and had it fixed within a day. Great service. Will use them again for any issue with the pool equipment.

Very professional very friendly price prices are reasonable. Always had a hard time finding a trustworthy pool company, but these are the guys.

Exceptional experience! They came the same day I called, identified my pool problem (when others couldnt) and did the fix the next day. I refilled the pool that afternoon and next morning a tech arrived to get the chemicals right. I decided to transition from a chlorine pool to saltwater and they delivered the next business day. The day after their tech was here to make adjustments to the water.

Showed up very quickly after contact, repaired settings that were causing the heater to shut down when the spa jets were running. I can do some things on my own but some are past me, they isolated each of the components and got it working without replacement. Timely, cost efficient, and courteous. Definitely recommend

Moved to the area a few months ago and selected Poolsmith because of their 5 star Google rating. After several months of servicing my pool, I too am happy to give them another 5 star review. My pool always looks great after it’s serviced by Ethan, and everyone in the office is so incredibly nice and helpful whenever I’ve called with questions. Highly recommend!

The customer service of Premium Poolsmith is top notch! I had called to get a ballpark cost of replacing the pump/motor gasket, and, instead of giving me a number, Alyssa asked simple questions to help me with the right resolution to my problem. That's not all..... she was able to get someone (Will) come to my home for an in-person (FREE!) estimate within a couple of hours, and replace my old pump by the end of the SAME DAY after accepting the estimate! Premium Poolsmith stays on top of my pool maintenance and upkeep without fail. Great at communication.
When I first had them come out the prior pool company had chemicals so out of balance it was toxic and equipment was shot. Premium Poolsmith redid it all, and were extremely communicative, fair, and great. They have done upkeep since and are always very responsive anytime I reach out to them for anything. They are great. Appreciate all they do so very much! They do extra service during tree dropping issues in spring and fall and are amazing!

Within a day of setting my appointment, Devon investigated my heater issue, came up with two potential issues, devised a test to determine which was root issue and, then, returned to replace the defective part as well as another at my request (both had been replaced 6.5yrs ago…one just reached end of life sooner). Communication was great through the process. Service like this comes at a cost but was well worth it to know our heater has been fixed properly and by a company that will stand behind their work.

I had an issue with my booster pump that ran my cleaner. I reached out mid morning on Friday and Will came out that afternoon to take a look and provide a quick estimate. They came out Tuesday afternoon and replaced the booster with the same model I already had. They were very responsive and knowledgeable. Looks like I have found myself a new pool company to take care of my needs. Thanks for the outstanding service!

This company is great! They do a superb job keeping my pool clean. Bryan is efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. He comes at the same time every week and sends a pic of the pool when done cleaning and checking the levels. They send an email in advance when the schedule will change for the holidays. The price is reasonable. I definitely recommend this company.

Alyssa at Premium Poolsmith received my pool ailment phone call and after listening carefully put the gears in motion. Will was able to stop by late the same afternoon. He worked very hard checking and analyzing our equipment. Digging in the ground, fixing pipes, and trying to resolve the problem well after dark working under a flashlight. Then, he came back the next morning with a few more ideas.

We have tried several different pool companies and Premium is by far superior. They have competitive pricing. The owners answer immediately the few times I've called. If they get behind due to Mother Nature they check in via text and let us know what day they will be out (if not our normal day). We've had them switch us because of swim parties and every time they have accommodated us. They fixed our filter on the first try. They fixed the sealant on our coping which was cracking due to a previous company not doing it correctly. Recommended a more cost efficient fix when lightening blew up our pool equipment. I highly suggest you give them a try. Good, honest people! We are very happy!

Premium Poolsmith absolutely saved the day for us. Before we could close on the house, the pool needed to be completely drained and detailed — and they pulled off a miracle cleaning. It honestly looked beyond hope, and they somehow got it sparkling and presentable in time.
The previous owners hired them for that job, and after seeing the results, we immediately decided to stick with them. Now we’re on weekly service and our guy Cole is fantastic: reliable, professional, and genuinely detail-oriented. He keeps everything looking great, communicates clearly, and you can tell he takes pride in doing things the right way.

Clay and his team were AWESOME! On extremely short notice - same day - he started repairing drywall, texturing and painting and was able to get it all done in just two days, staying late to make sure it got done when I needed it! Super high quality at a very reasonable price! Can't recommend them enough!
