I hired The Duster Crew for a deep clean of my very dirty house. The team arrived on time and scrubbed the place literally from top to bottom. They did an absolutely phenomenal job. The house is now clean, fresh, and looks great. The only reason I didn't grant a fifth star is because they didn't follow instructions to clean the fridge, which I had paid extra for. Instead, they cleaned my oven by mistake. Still, an overall great job!

The window cleaners did an amazing job of making our windows look like new. Unfortunately, they did leave some dark handprints around the walls in the upstairs areas that I can’t reach to clean off the walls so that is why this is a 4 vs 5 star review.

As a REALTOR®, I am always looking for vendors to serve my clients. I considered The Duster Crew because of good reviews. And after having them do a job I would use them again. Not only was it was easy to communicate with them, they were also flexible with my schedule. I really liked that they send out a crew of 4 people. It helped me as an agent to be able to book my photography the same day.
The only thing that wasn't perfect was that the confirmation for the appointment was one hour later than originally told to me and then they were about 45 minutes past that time. It did interfere with my next appointment, but we were all able to respectfully work around each other.
I'm not deducting any stars, because they were so easy to work with and they did a great job!
I will recommend them for the next job.

Absolutely fantastic! We were a little hesitant at first because we had never used a cleaning company before, only private individual cleaning ladies, but The Duster Crew was just amazing! They arrived on time and were friendly, professional, and got finished when they said they would be. The price for our deep clean was very reasonable and our house looks gorgeous. I highly recommend this wonderful company!

UPDATE: Went from 5 stars to 2!! The first time we used them, this company was phenomenal and we were SO impressed. The second time, completely opposite. They were 30 minutes late and only cleaned for 45 minutes and then left. The website lists everything they are supposed to do and they did not do everything. The did a rush job and we got ripped off. We will not be using their services again. Extremely disappointed and upset.

The Duster Crew came 4 ladies strong, and immediately started working. The ladies worked in a very coordinated, efficient manner. They were very detail oriented and did an excellent job of doing a deep clean. When it was time to review the work, I found one area that was not cleaned to my liking, and they were very responsive in taking care of it. I definitely recommend the Duster Crew.

The Duster Crew did a great job cleaning my house, you can see the attention to detail when it came to cleaning. The ladies were super sweet and took their time in their cleaning and I have them booked to clean for me every week from now on. It took a lot of weight off my shoulders knowing these ladies come and do a great cleaning and just have a great attitude. I recommend their service to anyone and everyone I know and I am very thankful for them.

They show up early, constantly. I notified them how important it was to keep their schedule because I work remotely and schedule around them. Any time they have a cancelation, they ruin my schedule and I'm the only one that gets inconvenienced. They don't clean the floors well and their vacuums are not maintained and have tripped my breakers numerous times. I vacuum behind them and the rugs still require extra vacuuming. Every picture in my house needs straightening after they have come. They send all non-English speaking people that I can't communicate with. The ladies are nice, but the company does not care about me as their customer, nor do they care of I'm happy with the service. I've reached out multiple times and I don't see any changes.

The price in the quote sent to you is $10 per window, and in the written conversation, there were around 21 windows counted, including the 5 from the house. However, you mentioned that there are 14 windows plus the 5 at the front. We gave you a price based on this count, trusting your word, pending a final count during the service.
For the 14 windows you mentioned, we gave you a discounted price of $120, plus the 5 at the front. But when we counted the windows at the house, it turned out there were 20 windows in total. In the end, we’re still offering you a $30 discount, but we cannot provide the service for $120 when there are 20 windows to clean.
I just want to clarify that there was never an intention to take advantage of the situation. On the contrary, we are applying a discount to the service. Thank you for understanding!

I leave it at this. He wouldn't pick up the phone and sent me this text which shows he agreed to clean 19 windows including the front door(counting it as 3 windows) for $120 and when he showed up he counted 21 windows because my door which I sent pic to him (counted it as 4 windows) he quoted me $180. How you go from $120 to $180 if you are counting 2 extra windows. and you charge $10 per windows. Very very shady.

All these reviews are from family and friends. Beware of their business practice. We sent them pics of every window that needed to be cleaned in the house. Upon arrival they started to question the amount of windows and increases price by 50 dollars. Showed them everything in text including pics of windows and agreed to price. Ultimately told them to leave after realizing it was a scam. They thought they could squeeze out a few extra bucks. Communication was super poor and absolutely did not feel comfortable with the gentleman's demeanor which was rude and confusing to say the least.if you do go with them ask them if the wondow cleaning folks work for this company or if they are subcontractor in an effort to challenge the price they quoted us in writing. They couldn't answer that properly for me which was an instant red flag. Everytime we called to speak with someone at the company the same gentleman that provided the quote and showed up to clean windows picks up. He's obviously the owner of this so called cerified "woman owned business". Honor the quote and agreement to clean my windows and I might update review to two stars.

I've been using the Duster Crew to have my house cleaned each month for about a year now. They are always on time, with great communication, and do a great job. Recently I had some work done to my home which caused some scheduling conflicts, but everyone at the Duster Crew was extremely accommodating!

The attention to detail is impressive - they even cleaned the turnstile that I keep my toiletries displayed in and found my son’s bedsheets sitting in the dryer and replaced those, too! My house always looks immaculate when they leave, and what’s more — it feels clean. Very satisfied with The Duster Crew.
