Much appreciated] 👏👏 Excellent service at the beginning (gave 5 stars last year) then quality dropped off significantly. Crews are very genial and efficient. Management doesn't handle perceived criticism well. Admonishing a client before offering to remedy a service delivery problem is never a winning strategy. My 11 yr old arthritic dogs, one receiving monthly shots to allow her to walk, is definitely not "distracting" the cleaning crew so much that they are rendered incapable of wiping a sofa or dusting cobwebs.

Absolutely wonderful service. I hired them for a move out clean. Not only are they thorough, but -they responded quickly
-they are extremely reasonably priced
-they have helpful add on cleaning services that saved me the time and hassle of hiring another company (carpet cleaning, window cleaning, wall cleaning, etc.)
-And all of their pricing and an itemized detailed list of EXACTLY what is cleaned is provided up front.

They are overall an ok cleaning service. There’s a team of them which makes the process faster but I find they work a little too fast -often missing things and spots. Seems like they are in a rush to get to their next house.

I always had issues with the dishes being cleaned. Seemed like something they didn’t really want to do. But customers want clean dishes. That’s part of hiring cleaners. If the dishwasher was full with dirty dishes they would over stuff the dishwasher or half clean by hand what couldn’t fit.

They also often put things back where they didn’t belong. Rugs would end up in different places.

If things are in the way they make piles with your stuff. Which is totally fine. But in the closet, for example, they’d put like sneakers on top of folded clothes :/. Little things like that.

I had an important item go missing. Which to be fair I can’t contribute to them for sure. But it should still be in this house and I’ve yet to find it after several months. Fingers crossed it eventually turns up. I do trust them but it’s just boggled my mind where it could have gone.

Lastly they would OFTEN come earlier than the time they scheduled making it difficult if we weren’t home yet. If you say 10am, show up at 10 am. I don’t want to be stressed trying to get back home to let you in because you’re early that day.

I will say hector the owner was very responsive and always helpful.

I have used several cleaners hoping to find a gem! I’m very particular and don’t mind paying for the details if needed. However, I have hit the jackpot with The Duster Crew. They are priced perfectly reasonable and always leave me satisfied with their cleanings. I get the same crew, 4-5 show up and do a great job in about 2 hours. This works well for me since I work from home. They communicate consistently and I am able to pay online. They are consistent!!!!! For all these reasons I would recommend this cleaning service to all my friends.

When we moved here last summer, we were looking for a cleaning service that could clean our large house (5,000 ish sf) quickly since my husband and I both work from home and need to be on Zoom and calls during the day. I looked a many different services but this was the only one that could send multiple people (4-5) and be done in about an hour or hour and a half depending if they're doing just the downstairs or the whole house. We are extremely satisfied with our cleanings! They do a fantastic job and leave thoughtful, creative touches on the paper towel, tissue boxes, and toilet paper that make it feel like you live in a fancy hotel! They even vacuum the sofas and chairs. Everything looks beautiful when they are done. They are professional and friendly. We couldn't be happier.

The team did a decent job with the cleaning. They were professional and covered the basics well.
However, I feel the service is a bit overpriced for the level of cleaning provided compared to other cleaners.

Duster crew was great! Arrived on time and left my place clean. My house was covered in dog hair and they did a great job. If I had photos to share, I would!

Crew of 4 cleaned less than 1 hour. Need more attention to detail. Not sure if bathroom vanities were sanitized, just looked wiped down. Spots still on mirror in bathroom.

This was the smoothest process from start to finish! Booked online, they arrived on time and did an amazing job! Moved furniture to get to all the hidden spots and my home smelled and felt so good when I came back. I will be booking the deep clean again with the Duster crew!

They are the best! We have been using them to clean our house on a regular monthly basis and they do such a great job. They also helped us when moving and did a full deep clean so the new place was move in ready. It was a night and day difference. Their team is professional and they are the sweetest people! I was excited to invite Duster Crew into my home for a deep clean as we prepare to sell our house. Before their arrival, I did a lot of work decluttering and putting away all of the knickknacks. The group of four ladies came and worked for about an hour and 45 minutes and to the naked eye, everything seems to be OK. after moving things around, I realized that the cleaner that was in the kitchen did not move a single thing to wipe underneath, the showers were not properly scrubbed, and this little crevice area needed A lot more attention. (As well as quite a bit more dust around baseboards, blinds, shelves, etc.) I reached out to the customer service manager, and was very impressed with the ease and willingness to come out and make the corrections. I was greeted with looks of annoyance and anger when the ladies arrived again. Only one spoke a little bit of English and she said what do you want us to do. In my Opinion, they had the pictures that their boss sent, and they also have their own eyes to see where the problem areas were. They clean for about 20 more minutes, asked me to check things there were still some incorrect areas. I was told she tried, but couldn’t get it up, another lady came and was able to do it with just a little bit of effort. I then was in my closet later that evening and noticed the dust all over my clothes from them finally wiping the top of the closet shelves. Needless to say, I will not be using this company again. I was hopeful that their Customer Service would shine, but I was sadly let down. I appreciate Israel for his help, but unfortunately, my business will go elsewhere.

Duster Crew is absolutely the BEST! They have put together a great cleaning plan for our large home. Their deep cleaning is so worth it but I also have to say that EVERY time they clean the home is thoroughly cleaned and to my specifications! Happy to be a reference for them!

Wow! What a service! Perfect!

I honestly don’t even know where to begin — The Duster Crew completely blew me away. I scheduled power washing and window cleaning (inside and out), and the crew that came out exceeded every possible expectation I had.

They showed up on time, were incredibly friendly, and worked with such efficiency and professionalism that I was honestly shocked. My windows are spotless, my patio and front entrance look brand new after the power wash — and it was all done so quickly and thoroughly, without me having to lift a finger.

This was way beyond anything I imagined. I’ve never had such a positive experience with a service company before. I’m truly wordless — just so, so impressed. Highly recommend The Duster Crew ♥️
