House Cleaning reviews in Southlake, Texas

We have been a MaidPro customer for two years. I normally don't write reviews, but one of our concerns when we first looked for a cleaning service was our animals, specifically our handicapped cat, Maverick, who is missing a back leg and can't use the other one very well, so he scoots everywhere he goes. Today, I had the pleasure of witnessing the maids, Maria and Fabiola, greet our special feline immediately when they arrived, give him lots of attention (he's a bit clingy), and overall be so caring, careful, and sweet to him. I felt like they were as excited to see him as he was them! I know this is a review for a cleaning service, not a pet sitter, but I truly was worried about how Maverick would be treated as he likes to follow people around and chase brooms. Not only did these two ladies do a spectacular job cleaning, like they always do, they put my mind at ease regarding our animals. We have been super happy with our maid service. Thank you!

This was my fourth cleaning with MaidPro and I am really pleased at how it is going. Breyauna was early and did a fantastic job. She was at ease with my dogs and was very pleasant to have in my home. I will be requesting her services from now on.

Jeanna has cleaned our home several times now and does an excellent job. We have dogs and we do not have to lock them up which makes them happy. We went to MaidPro because it is consistent. They call the night before and there is never a no show. Great service! :)

Maria has cleaned my house for the last couple of months. She takes very much pride in the work she does. We are very pleased to have her take care of our home as if it was hers. We could not have the family time we have without her. MaidPro always makes sure our house cleaning is to our satisfaction. We will be their customer for as long as our home is needing to be cleaned.

I have been using Maid Pro for several years and Veronica is incredible. She is so sweet and tolerant of my animals and does an amazing job cleaning my house. She is always on time and is very thorough. Thanks to Veronica and Maid Pro my hous is clean and tidy.

Ingrid and Anny did a great job cleaning. I recently changed from monthly to quarterly service and and these two cleaning professionals arrived mid afternoon on a Friday. They got right to it and made sure it was done correctly with professionally. I've said it before but MaidPro is well worth the investment to simplify my families' life!

Catalina is always on time and is always kind and pleasant. She asks what needs emphasis. If something needs to be done in a different order because my husband works from home, she switches up her routine to accommodate. Everything looks and smells immaculate when she leaves and she cleans the entire house in the allotted time. We couldn’t be happier. We appreciate all she does.
*She even loves dogs and doesn’t mind our new puppy saying hello a few times while she is at our home.

The support staff is always available. They are adaptive to any changes or request. The staff is prompt and professional!! The pricing is reasonable and competitive. The MOST important thing is WOW; My house is stunningly clean! I am a working Mom with 4 kids and 2 dogs and the weekly cleaning service is the one joy in my life, and they truly make the difference in my mood and stability. I couldn't and will not live without them.

WE have used MAIDPRO for years at Southlake Style and they have always been great but...yesterday we had one of the best crews ever-thanks Courtnee C and Haley T!! Pls come back every time !!

I like that MaidPro always calls the day before to remind you of your cleaning. They also send an email to check if you were satisfied with your cleaning. I never worry because Elissa always does an outstanding job of cleaning my home. My dog is always glad to see Elissa and she is good with him. I don’t have to be home and I know that when I get home from work my house is clean. Once again Elissa does a wonderful job and I would recommend her to anyone.

Emily always does an amazing job, and we are so happy with how clean our home is every week! On the few occasions we've had to reschedule and have a different cleaner in the home, they've been excellent as well and the administrative staff has been responsive and helpful.

Update: We've now had a new professional, Natasha, clean our home due to Emily moving on. Natasha also goes above and beyond with her clean, and we are more than happy with her work, and especially with how conscientious she is of our pets and home at large. We couldn't be more pleased.

Appointment was scheduled via phone easily and quickly. 2 Person cleaning crew arrived reasonably close to scheduled time and proceeded to clean. They completed their 49 point checklist which included kitchen sinks, surfaces & appliance faces, living room, 2 bedrooms with walk-in closets & 2 bathrooms. All the 9 windows blinds were dusted as were 3 ceiling fans and all furniture. Hardwood floors were cleaned & polished and all carpets were vacuumed. When completed I did a walk- through inspection, which was all satisfactory, all in 2 hours. My initial visit cost was $229. Recommended and I have them scheduled monthly now.
