I have used AC & Heat Solutions for many years, and the techs are always polite, professional, knowledgeable and punctual. Their pricing is fair and comparable, and they give free estimates on work. I will continue to use them and highly recommend them!
Today, they were (potentially) going to be 30 mins late due to another appointment taking longer than expected. They called to let me know and make sure it was ok. And they were on time anyway! This is the kind of service you can expect.

One of my AC units suddenly developed cooling issues, and given that the unit was originally installed over 20 years ago, I decided to have it changed instead of continuing paying the AHS service fee for someone to come patch it up temporarily. AC & Heat Solutions was one of many companies we requested cost estimates from. We decided to go with AC & Heat Solutions to perform the work because of the honesty, attention to detail and experience of the service engineer, Jeff that I had met. Moreover, the estimate was much lower than what most of the other companies had provided.

Jeff surveyed my home and developed written proposals that he presented at the second meeting. He answered my questions honestly, and even suggested improvements to my installation even without prompting. He actually suggested a different unit than that I already wanted, even though the cost was lower...the energy efficiency benefits between the two was minimal to justify the cost difference (only someone honest would do that).

Jeff and team arrived promptly on the install date and completed the installation without a hitch. They cleaned up after the installation and Jeff spent time to train me on how to use my new thermostat. Overall, I would definitely recommend AC & Heat Solutions if you need to do any work in your home. They are definitely one of the better service companies I have had the opportunity to interact with in a long time.

Great service, Sean was the best Ac guy I’ve ever had over. He really impressed me. I will definitely be calling him back if I or my friends have any Ac problems.

I had a great experience with this company thanks to their technician, Sean. He demonstrated expert knowledge, quickly identifying and resolving the issue with my A/C. He was also very respectful and took the time to explain everything clearly. I highly recommend their service!

Found this company from Groupon and did the ac tune up. Scott came out and checked everything and said it all looked good. Honestly I expected them to try and sell me on something but he explained everything to me, explained how to keep up with the system and how mines worked and was set up. I will definitely use them for all my needs! Really impressed with the customer service and the quality of the visit!

Rob promptly discovered problems and began fixing them and working through his repair process while keeping me aware of what he was up to.
