One of our AC units stopped working on a very hot summer Sunday. We called expecting to leave a voice message, but spoke with a very pleasant young lady who took our info and said someone would get back with us. Within 10 minutes John called back and said he would have a tech out Monday morning. Jordan was awesome! Polite, professional and very knowledgeable. He had our system up and running quickly. He took the time to explain what happened and what we can try if this happens again. He even checked out a small issue with our second system. Both systems are running smoothly again. Great company, great service. We highly recommend them!

Brandon showed up promptly when he learned the A/C was out in this Texas heat. He reviewed the situation, gave us a bid, answered all our questions. We accepted the bid on Monday afternoon, the full crew showed up at 0800 on Wednesday and the job was completed before 1 p.m. It was a joy to watch the crew work, each person had a specific task and they worked together seamlessly. They also took great care of our property, covering the stairs and work areas neatly.
It says something that Gentry was referred to us by another A/C company who said they are the go-to guys for Trane and you can totally trust them. Highly recommend Gentry for your A/C needs.

Gentry is absolutely the best! Jordan did such a thorough job diagnosing the problem with our AC system. He also checked out our other systems to make sure they were running properly. Jordan was extremely polite, knowledgeable and did a fantastic job of explaining everything he found and how he was planning to address it. I’ve used Gentry for years and they are honest and consistently do a great job of taking care of our AC systems!

Jordan arrive right on time and resolved my issue completely. He took the time to explain the work he completed and gave me some tips to improve the longevity of all of my units. Professional, thorough and courteous - all around great experience. I’ve used Gentry for a couple of service calls and an installation and in each case they exceeded expectations. They’ve earned my business and will be my go-to as long as I live in this area.

They were amazing!! I called and they came out within two hours had the AC up and running within 30 mins of being here. Diagnosed the problem and had everything fixed same day. Very reasonable price I was anticipating to pay about 50% more than I was charged. Not only did Jordan fix the AC he also changed all of our air filters and unclogged two drains as part of the service! Jordan is the man and Gentry Air is the BEST! Highly highly recommend will use them for all of our needs!

Great responses, great communication. They answer the phone quickly and everyone I have talked to or met are extremely friendly and focused on customer and needs. Highly recommend. Owner even has called to communicate and help when I placed call for after hours needs over the holiday of July 4th. Impressed with this group so very much! Had a new unit replaced with Gentry Air in Southlake and work recently performed with replacement part on second unit. Very happy with them. So very glad to have found a local company still focused on customers. A blessing.

Jordan came out on a Saturday. His customer service skills get a BIG 10 score. Also, he explained everything he was doing on our A/C unit. He got our unit up and running very quickly. Showed us the temperature coming out of our vents which was excellent.

Gentry air is one of the best companies I’ve ever worked with, hands down. High competency, incredibly professional at every step, they cut no corners in my installation, communicated well throughout the process and followed up well afterwards to make sure I was happy. What more could you ask for? Well, let me tell you. This system was installed on 12/23/2024. On 12/24/2024(Christmas Eve) I had a very small issue come up. I left a message expecting it to be returned after the holidays. An hour later Brandon(one of the owners) was at my house with his tool belt. He didn’t make one of his guys come over on Christmas Eve, he did it himself. You don’t see that very often. This company is well led, extremely ethical and does phenomenal work!

I selected Gentry to replace two older HVAC central air systems last year. They did an excellent job and were very cost effective. In the meantime we had two separate renovations completed in our house. I didn't realize that the new from install ducting needed to be cleaned if the contractor ran the AC during the jobs.

I wish I could give more stars! Gentry Air Conditioning was recommended to me and I could not be happier. We had a different company out several times to fix our units for different issues without success. I called Gentry, they were able to come out the same day. The approach he took was to troubleshoot the issues. Imagine that. Fixed one issue on the spot and had a plan for the second issue. Returned with materials and another technician and fixed the problem that has plagued us for years!!!! They even texted me a few times afterwards to make sure everything was working fine. ❤️❤️❤️ Contact them today if you need honest, quick service by people who care about what they are doing.

My service technician did a great job helping us out with our AC. When ours went out they fixed everything very quickly. And bonus, for the first time in 8 yrs two of the more distant rooms are now cooling appropriately thanks to our new blower.

I have been using Gentry air-conditioning and heating to service and work on my HVAC system at my home for the past three or so years. My experience with them has been wonderful. Their technicians are courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. The pricing is very reasonable. I’ve never had a bad experience when using them. To the contrary, my experience with them has been excellent.

From the beginning (9 yrs ago?) just the best service and great people. When our A/C failed they returned “after hours” with portable units while we waited for ordered parts. A year later there were some system glitches which were addressed and completely resolved. I trust these people and wouldn’t think of calling anyone else. Rob, Jeff, Shawn and the rest professional technicians, all! ***UPDATE 10 years + and still so happy with their service. When a bird flew into the heat pump on a Saturday we were able to speak with the owner then get the next available appointment. Same great service we’ve known for all these years has not changed.
