We had an issue with our heat pump. We called Ideal in Air and Jason came out promptly and found the problem. The unit was under warranty and was fixed at no charge.

Showed up super fast, advised on future upkeep and maintenance to prolong repairs completed. Great service! Definitely 5 out of 5 stars. Will recommend and call again for future services.

After battling humidity issues with our new AC unit (installed by a different company)for over a year, we called Ideal in Air and they came out that day and were able to find and fix the issues. They were super professional and took the time to explain everything they were doing. Jason and Alec were extremely nice and thorough with their procedures. We will only be using Ideal in Air from now on.

I've been a customer of one of the local Big A/C companies for years. When I needed service based on a home sale inspection report they absolutely couldn't get to me for 6 weeks. So I called Gentry A/C and all I can say is I wish I had found them years ago. Rapid response, no upselling and got a Tech that you immediately knew was a true professional. I was amazed at how fast he worked and how reasonable the charge was. I hardly ever write reviews but this company more than deserved me taking the time to sing their praises.

Brandon and the rest of the Gentry Air Conditioning team were professional upon arrival and provided quality work at a reasonable price. They took a straightforward approach and didn't try to oversell unnecessary features. I would highly recommend Gentry for anyone need air conditioning work!

As good as it gets. He arrived early and waited until appt time so as not to wake anybody too early. Went over what is occurring, costs and gave me well explained options (pay more today for longer lasting repair or pay way less for “bandaid” fix that will likely need to be repeated every couple of years). There was no attempt to up sell me, just straight forward options.
Side note…he took great care to not get my house and flooring dirty. Much appreciated.

Very responsive. Was able to service on the same day. The company that installed the unit couldn’t come out for a week and was kind of rude about it. The tech was incredibly polite and talked me through the entire process while he was troubleshooting the issue. He explained things about the system and simple ways to maintain and what to look out for to avoid future problems. Great people. Highly recommend.

Replacement of an attic unit evaporator coil - leak detected on Saturday, repaired on Monday morning in less than an hour and half.

I believe we paid a premium for the service though compared post-installation to other bids.

After being told by another company we would have to replace our A/C unit because it was unfixable, we decided to call Gentry for a second opinion. They had us up and running in ten minutes! I was so impressed and would highly recommend them!

Jordan with Gentry A/C did an annual inspection of my two home units. He was on time and explained everything he did in terms I could understand. He replaced one defective capacitor. He came back a second time a few hours later just to make sure things were operating properly. He is courteous and friendly. The cost of $233 was very reasonable. I would recommend Gentry A/C to anyone.

Heater went out and Jordan from Gentry AC came out and took care of it. This was a referral from another client who had been with them for 20 years! Amazing technician. Prompt, courteous and honest. Service price was more than reasonable!

The perfect experience. Called and made a request for repair. Got an appointment for next day. Showed up on time. Workman was very communicative and polite, gave me a sense of what he was seeing, he explained what failed and what it was going to take to repair. Quote was reasonable. He came back the following day and installed replacement part.

We had a terrific experience with Jacob from Gentry AC. In a time that we really needed help, Jacob came to our house at 8am on July 4th, when I’m sure he had much better things to do. Not only did he save the day, he was personable, professional and wore a smile on his face even through working in the grueling heat in our attic on a holiday. The people there are fantastic. Each and every person I had contact with was professional, caring and competent. I found them so very pleasant. A few days after a repair and new coil installation, something was off and I called them. They came out within 4 hours of hearing from me and realized that when the Coil was installed the coolant was not totally filled back up. They took care of it right then and there and no additional cost. I recommend them without reservation.
