While I was not happy having to replace my fur down unit that wasn’t very old, I can’t fault Ideal In Air, they didn’t build it. And while it wasn’t cheap to replace, I feel Jason and Michael did qualify work and were professional. I would recommend.

Hello , I had a A/C man his name was Nick an his Tech checked out my system a determined it was the Evaporator coil a wanted to charge $3500 to fix it . I could not afford to 3500, Anyway, July 3 I was watching fireworks in North Richland Hills and I run it into an air conditioning man. His name was Jason. He came to my house with No service charge , diagnosed what was wrong with it and he fixed It , he charged me $180. I am very satisfied.

Right on time!
I pulled in after a long road trip on a sweltering summer afternoon to find my house hot and stagnant. The fan was billowing warm air but the outside unit wasn’t running at all.
At that same moment my neighbors were having their system serviced by Ideal In Air. Apparently they had used Ideal at a past residence and called them out to the new house as well.
I walked across the street and spoke with the technician who was happy to work me in between appointments. Jason was very knowledgeable and super friendly. He even had a replacement for the malfunctioned part on his truck and had me all zipped up in about an hour. Roxie the secretary was also fabulous to work with.
