Bill and Theresa are outstanding and exceptional. Bill stopped by yesterday for a quick fix on my downstairs AC unit and was superb in diagnosing the issue quickly, explaining the issue to me in detail, and implementing a fix. His pricing is also very fair and he's an all around terrific guy.

Honest family-run business that stands out from the competition. We have used Longton several times at our home to keep our HVAC systems in tip-top shape, and the quality and thoroughness of their work is commendable.
Also, they are forthright and honest -- during a recent visit the tech thought I might have needed an expensive repair, but it turned out not to be the case, and the fix was much simpler. I appreciate that type of honesty!

We've been customers of Longton Air for several years and have always appreciated their honest assessments, quality service, fair pricing and friendly staff. When our heat went out during the recent ice storm, Bill was able to come by within hours and locate a hard-to-find part to get it up and running quickly - and before our house became too cool for our medically fragile daughter. We have used Southlake Heating & Air for several years, and have always been very happy with the service speed, professionalism and quality of their work. To offer small town integrity in the midst of a huge metropolis like DFW, is no small feat. They came recommended to us by our neighbors, and we are glad we gave them a chance. They are someone you can trust, hard to find today.

We have used Southlake Heating and Air since 2005. The service is always prompt and fee reasonable. We have finally replaced the 3 original units in our home and the house is always comfortable, and importantly, our monthly energy costs have been cut in half. We have had 0 problems with our systems. I had them put a system in my Mos home and they recommended one that fit her budget as well as her home needs. Zero issues for the 3 years she lived in the home. I recommend them highly for service and if need be, a new system.

Larry is great. He's honest and has an enormous amount of integrity. If something doesn't need fixing, he'll tell you. He's come out to our house a couple of times to check something we thought was wrong, and he found nothing seriously wrong and didn't even want to charge us. And he knows what he's talking about. You can tell he has a ton of experience. I recommend him highly.

We’ve used Southlake Heating and Air for over 15 years! They are fast, dependable, communicate well, and fair. They will not try to upsell just to upsell. Larry is one of the best out there. We’ve used them living in Roanoke and in Fort Worth. Highly recommend!

Larry is hands down the best AC guy you can find! He is responsive and quick to get the work completed! He knows his stuff and is reasonably priced compared to other AC companies. You cannot go wrong with using his services!

Larry went above & beyond on the work for my house. Initially I gave him a call when another HVAC company quoted me a high price to replace the condenser as I had a leak on the coil, while also trying to upsell me. He was able to beat the other guy by almost half and he was upfront with me about what I needed and didn't need. After installing a new unit for me with a short turnaround, we found the next day that there was a leak somewhere in the system. As he felt obligated, he came over and checked the other systems and changed the evaporator coil on the house! Unfortunately, we found the leak in the wall which he worked quickly to help me find someone to help with. I don't often write reviews but Larry has won my business for as long as he's willing to take it.

Larry responded quickly to my inquiry, and he quickly resolved the problem with our cooling unit's drain pan (removing some insulation that had gotten stuck in the drain). He attempted to blow out the line for the primary drain multiple times, but it will likely require a plumber to resolve. Larry explained the situation and also refused to accept payment, given it was a relatively small effort on his part and the issue was not fully resolved. He said "I don't like to do business that way," politely declining the payment - even though he'd used his time and energy to provide at least short term fix. High integrity, high quality. I'll come to Larry for my future HVAC needs!

Larry has helped us out with AC and heating issues numerous times over the last few years, both at our home in Southlake and our business here. He is punctual, intelligent, and his pricing is so reasonable that I wonder how he does it. He is just honest. He will not sell you anything you don't need. He discovers the problems quickly; he works hard; and he drives around getting parts and returning quickly to get us back and running. I would not choose anyone but him for my needs. I wouldn't even consider calling one of the big-names in HVAC b/c I have such faith in Larry's competence and honesty.
