Amazing company! The workers are knowledgeable, patient, friendly and they go the extra mile. I had them install my new system in 2015 and they are always there to help with service or questions. 5 star is not a high enough rating for them! All technicians that I have met are the best.

Wanted to compliment Brandon at Lee Air Services. Helped today with a thermostat programming / internet issue. Walked me thru it over the phone. Really good service tech and very knowledgable. Have worked with him in the past on other issues. Always very pleasant, professional and competent. Good guy.

We are 20+ year customers of Lee Air Services. We don't get to see them but twice a year because they Maintained a first a/c so well it lasted twice its promised life! They continue to maintain our current a/c long after its warranty was done. Last weekend I called and admitted I sprayed my thermostat with cleaner. Chad informed me of the weekend fee and was here with Victor almost immediately as I am elderly and have a health condition. They were kind about telling me I had fried the touch screen; provided a choice of two new thermostats from their stock: installed it and showed me how to use it; all in about two hours. My fee was discounted because of the purchase and install. Lee Air Services employs top notch humans besides being the best at what they do! Thank you Chad and Victor!

My wife and I just had our downstairs HVAC unit replaced by Lee Air Services. WHAT A NICE EXPERIENCE. Brandon provided quotes on three units. He throughly explained the features of each one (no pressure), answered our questions, and we made our selection. On the installation date, Brandon came early to put down drop cloths to protect the floors from the door to the thermostat and furnace. The installers arrived at 8AM. By 1PM, Brandon was back to demonstrate how to operate the new thermostat, install the filter, and answer any other questions. The process couldn’t have been easier. Thanks!

Brandon has been servicing our AC system for many years now and he has always done a great job and is such a nice guy. It’s nice that every time we need AC service or repair that we always have the same technician (Brandon) show up for the job.

We are so thankful for Lee Air Services' timely response and help with our ac unit. We came home to our ac not working. I called Lee Air Services. They had a technician at our house in less than an hour. Brandon was our HVAC tech, and he was amazing! He quickly found the problem, fixed it, checked everything else on our system inside and out. He also took the time to explain to me and my 18 year old son what he did to fix the problem, what to look for and what we can do to prevent our lines from clogging again. He even added a clean out line for us to routinely add bleach and warm water to help prevent the sludge from happening again. We are thankful the shut off switch worked, so our house didn't flood! Thank you, Brandon for your kindness, your help, and for taking the time to answer all of our questions. We feel very valued and informed, thanks to Brandon:) We appreciate you and Lee Air Services! We had Lee Air Service install a new Trane 5 ton HVAC system in our home in 2019 due to their price competitive quote. The install went flawlessly and the Lee Service field technicians were very professional and very knowledgeable. We have had the extreme pleasure of developing a great relationship with Brandon, one of the Lee Service field technicians who was involved in the install, as well as performing the spring and fall system check-ups. Brandon is very professional and extremely knowledgeable, very personable and takes time to answer, in easy to understand language, any and all questions I have had. Brandon takes the necessary time and initiative to do the highest quality work, reflective of the core values of a reputable business as Lee Air Service, who is dedicated to the highest quality work in pursuit of complete customer satisfaction. I have also been very impressed and satisfied with the efforts of Sean in their office who takes great pride in keeping in touch with me relative to timely scheduling and notification of any schedule changes. Called them today with a clear issue, they tried for 30 minutes confusing me on the phone to buy more. Ended up having the guy come out, he charged me 325 dollars to connect 2 pipes that got discounted. Literally 2 screws and tape, 325 dollars. ABSOLUTELY INSANE. I would not recommend this company to anyone ever for the rip off cost and the confusion.

There are plenty of good ac companies, this is not one. I attached a photo, he literally moved to two pipes together and charged 325 lol incredible.

I've worked with Lee for years now. They have always been upfront. Zach was out today and he is wonderful to work with.

I just wanted to take the time to personally thank the team at Lee Air Services but specifically say thank you to Brandon Paonessa for the work on our home’s replacement AC system.

Brandon was particularly patient with me and my family as we have been patch working our AC system over the years. He helped us on addressing a heating issue over the winter and found parts that would work with our obsolete system. And then he worked tirelessly to provide options for us to replace our system.

The team that Lee Air sent to work on the replacement was timely, respectful, and did their work with quality.

It has been such a wonderful experience to see and feel the differences that the system offers. One particularly blessed feature is the new dampening design that Brandon implemented. Our upstairs has never seemed so cool in our whole time in our household. I also love the wireless Trane Thermostats.

Just a great experience overall and I want you to know how much we appreciate Brandon and the Lee Air company.

We were given excellent customer service from Brandon P., the on-call service tech. Our AC unit shut down and he had that thing up and running again less than 1 hour from my original call to Lee Air. We have young children and this was the best services we have received from an AC and Heat company. Awesome job. Thank you.

Brandon and his team were fantastic! The install of TWO new units was flawless and quick (less than expected 7-8 hours). Brandon has taken care of us for a few years now and has expertly guided us through repairs and finally this full replacement. He is always professional and has educated us along the way. When it became clear that it was time to replace, I knew he was the one to call.

Zach was out today for summer unit checks and found a loose plume that was leaking air and taped it for me so upstairs can cool better. Great customer service, answered my questions, and we were problem solving a small noise the unit was making that was an easy fix. Recommend.

Zach, of Lee Air, came out to do a seasonal checkup on my HVAC system. Since it wasn’t an emergency, it was easy to arrange a convenient time for me. Zach is polite, courteous and knowledgeable. The best part….he didn’t speak “ doom and gloom” about the condition of my AC or need to buy “ stuff”. Just added more freon and I paid a reasonable fee. About 18 months ago, another company was ready to put in a new unit! Said mine could quit any time! But, it’s still running fine.

We have had Lee Air service our systems for years. Today Zach came do our winter service. Her is very informative and personable Would recommend him to anyone!!

After being a customer on new total install the heat did not work during the last snow storm. I called for a service call and they wouldn’t come out. I contacted another company that came out that day and found that the unit was not properly installed and the heat strips would not come on.

Always know what they are doing. Always a fair price.
