Definitely recommend these guys for your AC/Heating repairs and installation. They are very knowledgeable, have no problem answering questions/concerns. They will even respond to calls/repairs on the weekend.

I have used Ellet enough to know I probably won't be using them again. At my previous house I used them clean my coils and the price was about $350. This was several years back. Now in a month since July of 2014 I have used them three times. I was happy with them the only time I used them in the past. So I used them again. First call, my air was blowing hot air. They had a service tech come out and he said I need a hard start for my ac compressor. That was about $250. The ac stopped working that night. Call back again and they come out and found out it is the TXV. Thermal expansion valve on the indoor unit. (That is what was wrong with it the whole time.) They don't charge me the $75 service fee. I pay $278.00. Apparently they recommend having a hard start on the compressor so it can help the compressor. Fine, I didn't complain, I guess I needed that extra feature. About a month passed and the capacitor gives out. They change it. All is good, but my bill is $272.00 The capacitor they put on cost me $197.09. I looked up the model number they used and I can buy it online for $16.35. I ask the service guy why the capacitor is so high and is his response is "That's where we make our money." So the service guys are ok, but I am not using these guys again.

Southlake Air Conditioning & Heating was fast, friendly, and affordable. The technician explained everything clearly and fixed our issue quickly. Our home is now cool again, and we couldn’t be happier with the service. I’ll definitely use them for future maintenance needs.

Lately, our heating system was not functioning correctly, so we scheduled a repair. The technician diagnosed the issue quickly and handled it professionally. He completed the repair efficiently and tested everything. The system is now working perfectly. Highly recommended HVAC technician.

Oscar and Chuck were superb at what they do. They found the complication asap and got our heat back on rite away. And without costing us a ton of money. good service and would recommend to others.

The repairman was thorough. Spent the time explaining different parts of my heater and what parts may go awful in the near future as it is old. They're trustworthy and endorse the maintenance plan.

They were awesome. Easy to schedule an appointment, they came exactly when they said they would, the upkeep needed was excellent. Brian even patiently showed my elderly tenant how to work her a/c remote.

Noe Rustrian was fantastic! Earlier than on time. Professional, knowledgeable, patient and took the time to solution questions and even walked me through step of his troubleshooting and findings. The overall work from beginning to end was exceptional. My new HVAC work company!

Aaron Buckley was our service person and he was fantastic! He arrived same day when we called and got right to the source of the problem. He didn’t try to upsell me or offer a yearly membership or vent cleaning. He simply performed the job that was needed in an honest, professional, courteous manner.
