Jason was incredible! We have a very old unit and cannot afford a new one this year, he helped us get it in shape to last us to when we can get the new unit. The other companies we've spoken to only told us to buy a new unit and wouldn't even look at what was wrong with it. I highly recommend them as they are honest and helpful!

Jason came out and took care of our a/c problem and saved me a lot of money. We needed it fixed because of our elderly mother. He performed above and beyond what we were expecting. We highly recommend this family owned business.

Amazing! This is the first time we used Ideal In Air - and it was after-hours on a weekend - so I thought maybe I might get a call the next day. Nope! They immediately called back and said they would be right over. Not only did they fix the problem right then, they did not charge extra for an after-hours visit, the price was more than fair, but they were straight with us and didn't try to sell us a new unit or up-sell with add-ons. Absolutely fantastic! They are already saved as a contact in my phone and I've shared their information with others.

I am very impressed with this company. I have been a Realtor for 25 years and I have referred clients over the years to many HVAC service providers. However the service I received this week from Jason Neal was far above and beyond what I expected. He not only quickly got the requested repairs done but ended up charging my client 1/4 of what another company said they would do the work for. Also he came out within a couple hours from when I called. He gave my client great information on how to work with a warranty issue. He was far more knowledgable than the average AC guy and less expensive. He reslly cares about people. I will be using this company and referring them for all the HVAC needs i and my clients may have in the future.

First of let me say that I'm a VIP member and have had them for over a year without any issues. However, I came across my first issue yesterday with my furnace not heating. I called and was able to get an appointment next morning. After looking I was told it was a bad gas valve and was told a price which was very high. However, in fairness my furnace is old which I can understand it being high. I had it replaced and it was working fine for the day. This morning woke up and furnace wasn't heating again I promptly called and they were able to send someone really quick. It was a new Tech who did do a good job and was very thorough. To my dismay I was told it was a short in the circuit board and had to cough up another 500 that I didn't have to fix it. I completely understand it's a separate issue and cost to fix, but I was highly upset this wasn't caught the first time. There was no thorough inspection. After installing that valve it would have been nice to have everything else tested to make sure it works. As someone who works in an industry having to troubleshoot customers I make it a priority to make sure everything is checked once it's fixed to ensure the problem is resolved. When the gas valve was replaced they just checked made sure it turned on and just left. I would have appreciated it if he checked the board and inspected the rest of the unit to ensure everything else was fine or have potential problems. My alarm company does a whole system inspection after coming to fix something just to ensure everything is running good. I really wish they were smarter about it and done the same because from a customers POV like myself it feels like I'm being Nickel and dimed (granted I'm sure that might not be the case) but its how I FEEL... right, wrong or indifferent. I will be cancelling my membership and looking for something else.

Just before summer our central unit was on it's last leg. Michael was able to keep it going until it could be replaced. Ideal In Air was able to replace the unit before it completely went out. It worked good all summer and has gotten us through the coldest of this winter. Thank you!

Edit. Had to get a complete AC system installed as my 23 year old one finally bit the dust. Ideal In Air took care of me and got a much better new one installed. One day, cleaned all old stuff out and new packing stuff gone. Working great! Give them a call.

Ideal In Air made the effort to come out a repair a problem with my heating system during recent winter storm conditions in the DFW area. Jason and Michael were diligent in identifying the problem and sourcing the parts needed to resolve the problem. Exceptional service!

Jason is always on time, extremely fair and the most knowledgeable HVAC tech I’ve ever had. My search for an “AC guy” is over!!

Jason came promptly to inspect my AC after we found wet carpet around our interior ac unit. He helped flush the drain pipe (and helped me understand future prevention of this problem). He also helped me figure out some issues we were having regarding a window unit we need to replace. Very knowledgeable and helpful with a great attitude.

Alec was on time, friendly, and courteous. No problems noted which makes assessment of service difficult other than what is already noted.

I called Jason yesterday on my way home from work to see if he could come out to our office and check for a leak. He was at our office at 7:30 this morning, fixed problem and cooling by 9am! Great service!!
