Josh was a consummate profession He was polite patient in explaining the problem with other plumber’s explanation. He saved me $2200 in unnecessary charges by identifying the problem. I will use the company only from now on.

Mother plumbing and Bingham Restoration Review

We noticed a leak in our master bathroom but were not sure where it was coming from. In a bit of a panic, I went to the Thumbtack app to find help and chose a plumber with five-star reviews. They responded right away through messaging and sent someone out who removed the toilet and performed a pressure test.

It turned out the leak was not coming from the toilet after all. They called in their partner mitigation company, who was very prompt and went to work making sure there was no mold. They found the source of the problem, which was a leaking condensation line from the air conditioning unit running from the attic to the master bedroom. They took pictures and checked for mold. We provided the information and photos, as well as what they discovered the problem was, to the builder and the air conditioning company. The builder and the air conditioning company denied that they were the cause of the problem. The mitigation company set up humidifiers and fans to make sure the floor was dried and they were very professional. We would definitely use them again (although we pray that we don’t have this type of issue ever again).

Dillon Ashton fixed my dishwasher today! He came in and took care of the drain issues very quickly. Now I’m back in action. Many thanks!

Working with Mother Modern Plumbing was an excellent experience that I was lucky enough to find. They were very on time, efficient, and had very experienced plumbers answering any and all questions. After being over charged and charged for the smallest service by other plumbing companies, Mother Modern Plumbing was the much needed relief I found.

Once again, Mother Plumbing, wad here too, install a new disposal, and a Hydro flush one of our lines from the kitchen. Jerry arrived at the time they told me, was so very polite, and explained what was going to happen. After the installation of the disposal, he and his apprentice, Connor, worked outside to Hydro flush one of our lines that have been backed up. Thank you so much for taking care of our needs and responding so quickly. I highly recommend Mother plumbing for all of your plumbing needs!

Josh came out to check our bathtub drain because it was backing up into the shower. He spent a lot of time diagnosing the problem and figured out that the builder had plumbed the line in an unusual way. He explained both a temporary fix and a permanent solution so I knew exactly what our options were.

I was home alone with our newborn, and Josh was extremely respectful and made me feel completely comfortable. He took the time to educate me on what was going on in a way that was easy to understand, which I really appreciated.

I would highly recommend Mother Modern Plumbing to anyone who needs a knowledgeable, respectful, and trustworthy plumber.

A realtor asked them to quote a repair at my parents home. The quote was about double what every other plumber quoted. They wouldn’t give a detailed quote so we could understand the differences. Before using this company I recommend quoting with other plumbers. Cost was more than their own article max per foot too

Dillon Ashton was the very best. He provided insightful information for future estimates for every single thing discussed (water filtration/sink faucet replacements and other items). We are mother modern plumbing members and were so thrilled with our experience with Dillon today (and many previous times). Above and beyond my daughter dropped an earring down the drain (unrelated to the issue I called for). Dillon took the time to rescue the earring and make a 9 year old very happy (in addition to addressing all of my other concerns including a leaking faucet). Thank you mother!!

Altogether one of the best major home repair and improvement experiences I have had over my 40 years of home ownership. Courteous, prompt and efficient are just a few of the positive words I could use to describe the experience. It’s always stressful when you have to decide who you are going to trust when you have to spend a huge amount of money on your home but Matthew, Dustin and the Mother Modern Plumbing team did a great job at both making the repairs and improvements and at reducing the stress involved.

We are very pleased with services especially through Dillon. It was easy to set up an appointment, and we received ETA notices which were accurate. Dillon was able to do complete a thorough job of write a summary of his findings me giving options of repairs based on his findings. He was also kind and professional. They also did a follow up to ensure that everything we needed was taken care of.

Have had continual stopped up toilet lines for 30 years. Have had lot of different plumbing companies out for this problem. They would unstop the problem pipes and leave. Called MMP after reading several great reviews on Nextdoor. They showed up next morning and ran a camera thru all pipes and discovered two problems on different sides of the house. After explaining the problems and the fixes I gave the ok to fix the problems. Long story short I am very satisfied with the repairs made by the plumbers. The excavation crews that dug and filled the holes were good at their part of the process. Hopefully our long term problem is over.

Our techs were great. They ran into some issues replacing our main supply line and didn’t up charge or cut corners with the work. I would recommend them to anyone!

We are beyond grateful for Dillon Ashton coming out so quickly to check our leaky sinks. Thankfully they were not as bad as we thought. He was thorough and checked every sink and faucet. He tightened what needed to be tightened and gave us a quick run down of all the items that might need attending to soon. Their pricing is fair and their customer service goes above and beyond. I love that they text updates on how close they are (helps me prep the house with animals and kids).

Rafael &Eric came out today, they were able to find the issue with our heater. Unfortunately for them, this product was covered by the manufacturer warranty by Trane. Berkeys is a Lennox dealer. These two guys went above and beyond to help us find the warranty/models and help us get the help we needed and how to handle on getting this fixed with the original dealer who sold his business to another company. They were honest and they took time to help us.

Technician arrived within 1 hour of my call. He was fast in diagnosing the problem and fix it. The price seemed a bit high, but nowadays All prices are high. I am very pleased with the quick service and I will use the company again if in need
