Berkeys was pretty quick to respond to my water heater issue earlier this year. They were great and on top of things. They replaced my water heater with a tankless one, and shortly after that they replaced my AC system. The AC system did not pass inspection since the installer tried to take a dangerous short cut. We were not happy to hear that news from the city inspector as getting the right part was not difficult. Instead, doing it wrong and moving on to the next job was the obvious solution.
Berkeys recommended (pushed) a dry- out company to get moisture out of the house from the water heater. DRY FORCE was sent to my home at Berkeys insistence. Do not use DRY FORCE. They are a nightmare if home owners insurance is involved. Berkeys has some sort of a deal with Dry Force. Read the Dry Force reviews that have to do with house floods and insurance and then find someone else.
Anyways, Berkeys will insist on signing you up for their $20 a month system maintenance program. Sounds like a great deal until you find out how difficult it is to get an appointment. Like a few months out. We need our filter changed out for the AC system they installed. We have the filter. They want $59 to install it. And we can’t cancel the $20 a month program until we have had it a year. $240 total payments while it’s a pain in the butt to get an appointment.

Should have stayed with Veterans AC. Will go back as soon as the year is passed in April 2026. Only giving two stars since they showed up quickly when my house flooded.

My plumbing technician was excellent; friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. He even offered to try and quickly help with something I didn't hire for, going above and beyond in providing excellent customer service. As far as quality of work, it was excellent--he replaced a shower valve and installed a drop ear elbow with shower riser, replacing all the old copper with new PEX for the connections and shower riser line, and everything looked pristine. Would highly recommend based on quality of work and excellence of service. And he was in and out in about 90(ish) minutes, including offering the extra help that he did and checking my water heater as well. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is price. Berkey's was actually the cheapest option out of the 5+ companies I got quotes from (once I applied their coupon), so their price is very competitive; I just feel like skilled labor prices have gotten exorbitant the past few years across the country, so that's not necessarily a mark on Berkey's so much as the economy.

I finally found a home services company that I can trust to do quality work at a fair price. Thank you Berkeys Team. Fantastic young knowledgeable team that worked through freezing temps to replace our hot water heater today. Great explanation of my new system so that I can maintain it myself.

I plan to use them exclusively for our plumbing, HVAC and electrical needs.

Jonathan was the service technician sent by Berkeys Plumbing and he was very professional . He did a great job locating the leak issue with my out back water faucet and completed the total rebuild and repair with in an hour. I will deffinantly call them back for other much needed jobs around my home. Great price as well.

We had Berkey’s install a water softener and reverse osmosis system, and the experience was outstanding. Shout out to Jacob and Daniyl! They were knowledgeable, professional, and did an amazing job from start to finish. They took the time to explain everything and were very detailed in their work.

The difference in our water is incredible. My hair and skin already feel so much better! We’re so thankful for their expertise and highly recommend them. We are officially lifelong customers!!

Just used CR Plumbing, Air & Electric to replace the 2 faucets in the kitchen of our Frisco home. The team of Willie and Pascal did excellent work going over all the steps with us, working very quickly and cleaning up the countertops and surrounding areas. Everything is new and sparkly now. Thanks guys. Will definitely use their services again.

Nathan, Jadon, and Derek are phenomenal. Very attentive, patient with questions, and most importantly, very thorough. We had a sewer leak identified by a hydrostatic test requested by the buyer of our home. CR Plumbing and Electric was the second opinion we sought for a potential sewer leak. They were able to do additional testing to more precisely locate the leak, saving us money by not going and digging more than needed. Nathan and Jadon were incredibly professional and friendly at the same time. A great combination in folks you want to be working on and in your home. Very grateful for all of their hard work and persistence in finding our issue. I could not recommend them more.
