We recently engaged Lagniappe Pools for the design and installation of a new pool in our backyard. After an extremely frustrating home build where our contractor was rarely on-site, had trades no show for weeks at a time, and was not proactive in communication, we were prepared for our pool installation to be the same. Our experience with Lagniappe Pools, however, was nothing short of exceptional. During the consultation phase, Matt took the time to thoroughly assess our backyard space, listen to our preferences, and ask questions about how we envisioned utilizing the space to provide recommendations that would ensure the optimal design and layout for the pool. He was also up front and honest about additional prep work and costing that would be necessary to build up our backyard to prepare for the pool installation. This was not an aspect of the pool build that any other company had mentioned prior to or in their project quotations.

Matt and/or Wayne showed up on site every day to check on the progress and ensure that the pool was installed correctly. A little cold to get in the pool but still enjoying the game in this back yard oasis!! Can not believe the transformation of my backyard. The process and experience was amazing and the outcome was….. I will let you guess. Huge deck, pool and spa, add on out door bathroom, HUGE cover patio with all the trimmings, smoker, gas grill, sink, double fridge, ice machine and did I mention swim up bar!!!! Need I say anymore. Many thanks to Matt and team for making backyard dreams come true!!!

While we were searching for pool builders and designers, Lagniappe Pools stood out to us as a team that wanted to build us more than just a pool and pad, but an actual space. We couldn't have been happier selecting them. Their design was well thought out and functional, included all our requests, and really captured what we were going for. Past that when it came time to build, they were very responsive to all requests and kept the project moving timely. They were there the entire way thru, provided excellent service before, during, and after project completion, and we just can't recommend Matt and Chris enough if you are looking to build a pool!

We had an idea of what we wanted and had actually started working with another pool builder; however, after signing the contract and paying the deposit, 2 months passed with out so much as a start date from the pool builder who claimed the pool would be built in 8-10 weeks.

On a whim, we went into Lagniappe Pools on a Friday. Matt sent us a design that weekend, a quote the following week, and had us swimming 40 days after we signed the contract and paid the deposit.

Building a pool is a huge commitment, and I'm confident that you will not be disappointed if you choose to work with Matt and his team to build your dream.

Lagniappe worked with us through 3 or 4 different redesigns, worked to get it in the price range we could afford, walked us though every step of the process and from start to finish the pool was done in 6 weeks!! Loved everything about their process, how personable and reachable they are if questions ever come up. Would gladly recommend Lagniappe to anyone looking to put in a pool.

We have been more than pleased with the services provided. Matt helped us make our vision come to life - from the pool design, to the landscaping, to the re-finishing (painting of the fence), and topping it off with paving the side yard with rocks (for ease of entry into the yard and ease of maintenance!!!).

I am very happy with the quality of work Lagniappe Pools provided. We originally contacted them to re-
plaster our pool and help fix some mortar issues around the rock surrounding the pool. They not only
did an excellent job with the plaster and mortar, but they also stepped in and fixed multiple issues we

I searched for over a year for the right company to do my pool and out of all the companies interviewed, Lagniappe was above and beyond a standout from the first phone call to well after the pool was completed. Matt and his team are the absolute best contractor I have ever worked with. He walked us through each step, answered all of my questions, responded to calls and texts in a timely manner, and ensured that every detail was perfect. Matt and his team were on site often and in many cases, doing the work himself (thats a quality in an owner thats hardly found anymore.) My pool, spa, outdoor kitchen, and decking were perfect and met every expectation that was set at our original meeting. His company slogan is "a little extra" and thats not quite true as he gave "a lot extra" by way of his professionalism, pricing (which was very competitive and void of artificial markups we had seen with other quotes), and quality of work. Matt treated me like family and for that, he will always have my business and trust. If youre looking to get a pool, dont hesitate to contact Lagniappe.
