Constraction reviews in Spring, Texas

The best restoration company I have ever gave my business to by far. Excellent service by a group of professionals that were able to assess the damage and provide me a quote for the necessary restoration at a fair price. 10/10 recommend.

Angel and his team did an amazing job, we had a leak in our kitchen and prior to contacting 911 Restoration I called few others and no one could come out to help me with my water damage. Angel was very responsive and show up ready to work. Angel and 911 Restoration are very reliable, professionals and over all great company to work with. I highly recommend Angle and 911 Restoration.

My home sustained major damage from Hurricane Ida. The team from 911 Restoration came in and professionally and thoroughly took care of all the water damage. Angel and his team were fantastic to work with, they treated me and my family with so much kindness and compassion at such a difficult time.

Angel, Delray, and Team did a great job of walking me through this very stressful process, and we're immediately out to fix the problem, even on a Saturday evening.

Delray and Team we're very transparent, professional, and did multiple dryness readings with me to give me full peace of mind and alert me to their progress.

I've yet to hear from Insurance, but their excellent work and high praise from our independent adjuster make this a 5 star service IMO.

Omar is a true professional with great knowledge and very respectful. Loved having him work with us.
David was great explaining the process from start to finish.
Very pleasant group of people.
Recommend them any time.

911 Restoration did an amazing job! Josh was especially helpful & super friendly and made the entire process stress-free. Highly recommend!

I don’t normally write reviews, but I felt like I had to for 911 Restoration because the community needs know about the Northern Houston Branch; these guys get stuff done! If y’all have water damage, these people are who you want to call — I would give these guys more than five stars if I could!

It’s not everyday that a ceiling is leaking water, so when it happened to us I had no idea where to start. Of course, Google is a great tool, so after some searches later I luckily stumbled upon 911 Restoration. I am so grateful this company appearing in my searches, as the folks who work for them are more than awesome. Everyone has been so professional, kind, & caring towards us. From the initial conversation with a customer service representative named Jennifer, to Josh to Angel & Chet, these guys are honest, transparent, & trustworthy. Not only did Angel & Chet quickly respond to our need for help, but their initial evaluation & quote was FREE; it took less than an hour for someone to show up & help! Angel was so clear, concise, & knowledgeable about what needed to be done that we had no hesitation in signing with these guys to get their services. These guys solve problems & issues as if it were their own homes. Shout out to Angel & Chet because they are the sweetest. Everyone is so respectful of our home, & these guys are kind enough to lock our doors on their way out! Give 911 Restoration in Northern Houston Branch a chance, because they’re amazing people; 10 out of 10, I would recommend, & I would have these guys come out to fix any issues any day. They have gained our buisness & our trust. Huge thanks to Josh, Angel & Chet — y’all are doing a wonderful job, keep up the great work guys! :)

Awful communication. You reach out to them, they’ll take your information and no one ever calls you back. Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone

Great job, punctual and fair on price

Not a professional painter. Doesn’t show up to appointments and does a sloppy job! Stay away!

Great pool builder!!!!

Matt and his team did an outstanding job remodeling my pool, decking,& porch. He worked hand in hand with my landscaping contractor and created an "oasis" to be proud of. Thanks Matt!

Lagniappe came as a referral from a friend and boy am I glad I called for a quote. Matt and his crew are top-notch. The entire process, getting a quote to cleanup, was smooth and professional. Matt is very prompt, responsive, and transparent. Work quality and price were unmatched. Lagniappe is definitely a keeper in my list of contacts and would highly recommend them my friends / families.

Let me start by saying that I have never had a good pool building experience, having built 4 pools. So when this latest (and last) pool needed to be built, I was dreading the process. I got 5 different bids. I chose Lagniappe Pools because I was convince that the owner Matt, would be personally involved with my project. And he was, start to finish. His attention to quality and detail exceeded my expectations. Matt isn't about building quantity, he is about quality and it shows in my project. I can't speak highly enough about matt and his company. My photos speak for themselves.

This was our 1st time building a pool. We interviewed 10 pool builders. Matt was the most reasonable quote. He communicated with us throughout the whole process. We had tons of questions and he went above and beyond to ease our minds and address our concerns to the best of his ability. We would highly recommend his company to build your dream pool. When our yard is complete will post pics..

Great service. Very professional in all aspects. Highly recommend!

We’ve been told our place looks like a resort. Definitely recommend!

Matt and Lagniappe are the best. Extremely knowledgeable and talented. He certainly has our business in the future.

You guys built an amazing backyard experience! From the first day of digging the pool to building the outdoor kitchen. Your customer service was a breath of fresh air, we just knew we chose the right pool company to do the job.
