Superior Pool & Spa Services has taken care of my Woodlands pool for 17+ years, and I am thrilled with their service. From weekly cleaning to pool resurfacing, pump and filter maintenance to controlling pesky leaks, Nick Casserly and his team have been responsive, timely, and efficient with everything I've asked them to do. Bottom line: I feel like I get my money's worth with Superior Pool & Spa Svcs, and I love their "we'll take care of it for you" attitude.

I highly recommend Superior Pool & Spa Services. They are professional and courteous. I recently had them service my 10 year old pool / spa systems. They provided prompt service, quickly identified the issues, ordered the parts and had my systems up and running in just a couple of days. The pricing was transparent and fair. They even offered me a discount for being a Military Veteran.

Superior Pool & Services is definitely a cut above other companies providing pool services in The Woodlands area. I have used their services for over 12 years uninterrupted Their staffs are very well trained, attentive to the client’s needs and always looking for the best solution to the client’s pool care. Nick and his support staffs Jennifer and Gracie are on top of the game and my pool guy Jessie is one of the best I have come across in my many years as pool owner in Texas and California. They are celebrating 40 years in the pool business which is a testament to their superior quality and savvy as to how to run a business. I highly recommend them.

From start to finish, they have been incredibly helpful in identifying all the problems and coordinating the necessary repairs. Nick Casserly’s company has built 2 pools for me over the years. His design work and attention to detail is unsurpassed. He also provides excellent to include weekly cleaning. I would highly recommend Superior Pool and Spa for any of your pool and spa requirements.

Fast turnaround time for their restoration team from the first call to drying out my home that was severely affected by water damage. I had an apt. Complex fire. It was devastating! I called several companies and KBI was the ONLY ones willing to help me. They took my bed and all bedding. Couch and chairs. All of my coats and clothes and my canvas pictures. Also all of my curtains. Justin came out personally several times with his team and explained the process to me. A pipe burst damaging the bathrooms in our home. My brother is a plumber and recommended KBI for the water damage cleanup. They arrived quickly and explained the process in terms that were easy to understand. Once the work began, the team was polite and efficient. I appreciate their professionalism and would hire them again.

• KBI Construction did a great cleaning of our office. The whole team was very professional and answered all our questions regarding the materials used. We had our office cleaned for a tier 2 level cleaning that consisted of fogging and cleaning touch points. The technicians arrived on time and were very efficient. I would not hesitate to use them again, for either home or commercial use.

KBI did such a great job and I can finally put that freeze we had earlier this year behind me. I currently live in Florida but my house in Houston flooded from the pipes freezing I had no idea for months until my daughter visited the house she called countless company’s and KBI was the first one to arrive and after me and my daughter talked with their team I was sold on their company. They proved me right as the entire process was quick as they did the job perfect. I Don’t know what else you would want from a mitigation and re-construction company. Thank you KBI!

Buyer beware!!

I hired KBI (Kenneth) to rebuild a bathroom, and a few other items around my home after a remediation project. He collected 50% up front, and things started smoothly. However within a month or so things started going downhill.

His cabinet maker couldn't install the cabinets under the existing granite counters, and so that was the first delay. It took another week for him to hire a granite guy to come remove the counters, a week after that for the cabinet guy to return, and another week after that for the granite guys to come back. I was charged extra for the granite work, even though it should have been evident and part of the original estimate.

Hiring a plumber went fairly smoothly, however after that it took him a month (with several promised install dates missed) to line up sheetrock installers.

Throughout this entire process, I was asking about materials for the bathroom (new tub, shower walls, etc), and was told "Go to Home Depot and pick something out". Once I sent him my choices, he collected more money (which I assumed was to order the items I selected).

Once the sheetrock was installed he said next step was to bring in a framer to start rebuilding the subfloor and pony wall in the master bath. Weeks go by, and questions for him about status resulted in confusion, him stopping by unexpectedly to look around and figure out what needed to be done, and finally him asking me to go to Home Depot again and place the order for materials.

This is when I decided to put the project on hold and ask for a complete acconting of where the money I'd given him already had gone, and how much was left. Weeks go by of asking for this, and instead of a breakdown of costs to date, I was just given an arbitrary amount of how much was left. At this point I decided to move on, and asked for a refund.

Weeks go by again, with no refund. An email asking when I was going to recieve it resulted in Kenneth telling me he was waiting for money to come in. Now it was clear to me. Delays weren't the result of inability to schedule subcontractors, they were the result of him not having the funds to pay them. Despite collecting from me up front, money for my project was spent elsewhere, and he was scrambling to find money to continue the project.

It took the thread of legal action for him to finally refund the balance owed to me.

I don't think he's intentionally ripping people off, but I do think he's comingling funds, and not keeping track of what is spent on each individual project he has going.

Because of his inability to manage this project, i'm having to hire a remodel company to finish the bathroom (I've been without it since April), and bring in another GC to finish the other work that Kenneth was supposed to be doing. It's going to end up costing me significantly more than I originally budgeted for.
