Called Angel for a last minute estimate on a house we were considering buying and they were quick to get an appointment set up and come out to look at the problem areas. After the appointment Angel was very quick and easy to get ahold of for questions relating to the estimate.

Wonderful!! I am so glad we called 911 for an inspection. Angel was so respectful and checked everything throughout the house. I feel so much better knowing there is no water damage and that I am safe to stay in my home!

The team responded promptly to our call on a national holiday. They started the cleanup on the evening of Memorial Day holiday and stayed until after 10 pm to remove all standing water from the house. They prompt action minimized the water damage to our home. Angel and his crew Chet and Delray Absolutely saved the day. A car ran into our building in the middle of the night they were out first thing in the morning cleaned up everything and made it perfect within one day. I can’t say enough about how hard they worked and how wonderful of a job they did.

We contacted 911 Restoration and they came check the moisture levels in our home to help us determine if any of the dry wall needed to be replaced. Called in 911Restoration when my master bathroom bathtub was leaking water from the 2nd floor to the 1st floor. They quickly isolated where all the water was dripping to and opened it up. The plumber I called in had no problem finding where the leak was and fixed it. The 911 team then had heaters and dehumidifiers up and running along with cleaning out all the mold that formed. Everything went smoothly and Angel and Chat walked me through everything and helped with handling the insurance claim. There was no surprises with these guys on the job. I highly recommend!!!

We are so thankful for Matthew and team! We were left mid repairs from another company and not sure how to proceed. When I got a hold of Matthew and explained what was going on, he was able to make time the SAME DAY to come inspect the repairs and get the ball rolling to have the issues resolved. Within a short amount of time, our house is back to normal! Matthew and team have checked in multiple times and were physically present throughout the whole process. We are so thankful for the hard work!

By far the worst company I had to deal with. The mold removal process was easy going and done well. Then came time to replace everything and that's when it all went down hill. Supervisor hired his drinking buddy and craftsmanship was like a 5 year old got taught how to do it in a one day class. Caught their subcontractor taking a piss outside in my front lawn nothing was done about that issue, broken trim being reused, paint on everything, new sheetrock had nails protruding. After fighting with them for months after being told multiple times everything was 100% they finally sent another crew to finish up they eventually got it done.

Great company to work with. Extremely quick response and scheduling. John (Mitigation Specialist) and Danny (Reconstruction) were very professional, transparent, and responsive. The work was high quality, very quick, and cost-effective. I would use them again.

Angel and his team have been fabulous. Everyone has been very professional and thorough in their work. Angel took the time to explain things and answered questions that I didn't even know I had. While I hope to never need a water restoration team again, if I do, 911 Restoration of Northern Houston will be my first call.

Amazing team We had a leak in our upstairs tub that created a mess throughout the bathroom that extended to the downstairs Our service provider, Angel came in with a professionalism not often found anymore. He was polite, patient and important information that put us at ease. We were able to sit back and relax as they took care of business
