Electrical reviews in Spring, Texas

I can say that when I need work done, I’ll definitely call these guys. One of their employees was extremely professional when I encountered him in Home Depot this evening. From his courteous manner with the employees to his offering a lending hand to me in the parking lot. Not very often you see this nowadays. Kudos to you guys.

Great people that come highly recommended!

Joseph and his team are very responsive and professional! I spent a lot of time asking for quotes from various companies to install a 14-50 NEMA wall plug for my EV.

Where many companies were trying to up-sell me in various products and quoting me outrageous prices, Joseph and his team were able to give me a great competitive quote with no hassle of up-selling me any products. Just straight forward, and to the point and a 10/10 quality in electrical services.

I definitely would recommend their services to anyone.

The technicians, Carlos and Elmer, were very professional and courteous in every regard. They told us what they were doing and why. Both had a great work ethic. I would highly recommend Tidal Electric Services and these two technicians to hook up a Generac whole-house generator.

Carlos and Elmer did an amazing job installing my Generac Generator. Very knowledgeable and focused. Very pleasant when I bugged them with questions. Gave clear instructions on how to operate the equipment. I highly recommend Tidal Electrical Services and especially Carlos and Elmer.

I was in need of a generator/electrical company to service my 2 year old Generac generator. The company I had been using had become completely unreliable and never answered calls or returned emails. A contractor I was using recommended Tidal so I gave them a call and spoke with Sam in the home office. He was very professional and accommodating. He set up an appointment for me within 3 days. The two techs that came out to service my generator were extremely knowledgeable and answered every question I had. I was extremely impressed with these two young men. They even showed me everything that they had changed out during the routine maintenance. Something no one else had ever done. If you need generator work done I highly recommend Tidal. You won’t be disappointed.

Words cannot describe how wonderful the technicians are with Tidal Electrical Services, Inc. Christian came to do work on an installation project in my yard and he was exceptional in the work and how he treats the customer. He arrives at the time he commits to and works very hard to make sure you are happy with what has been done. I give the technicians 10 out of 10 and would definitely 💯 recommend! Thank you Title Electrical for providing excellent service!

Carlos and Elmer performed excellent, quick work at connecting the electrical portion of our new Generac Generator. They showed up on time and arranged for the utility company to perform their portion as well.

I called them for some home electrical repairs, and they handled everything with care. They made sure all the wiring was safe and up to code.

Power was out in part of our home until they stepped in. They quickly identified and repaired the wiring.

If I could give zero stars I would. I called 4 times and the lady keeps hanging up on me. I would never give my business to a place run so unprofessionally.

Reliable and thorough every time. They keep everything in top shape. I have no complaints!

The lights in our hallway were flickering constantly, and it was really annoying. They came out, found the issue, and now they’re steady again.
