Randall Electrical did a fantastic job doing a variety of electrical jobs on our home. The electrician was extremely consultative and incredibly clean! After each job he would clean the area of any dirt, dust and leftover drywall. The entire work was priced out fairly and everyone went out of their way to woo us. Some of the wires in our house stopped working, so some lights went out. They came and fixed the wires fast, and now all the lights work.

I can honestly say I've never been happier with the service I received from Randall Electrical. These guys were great and only did they show up on time but they beat the two prices we had already had from random electrical contractors we called. We had multiple areas out of power in our house and were able to troubleshoot and diagnose the problem in less than an hour. I would like to get 10 stars but only five are available to quick so I chose five. Not many people these days give a lifetime written warranty. Thanks so much Randall Electrical for all the hard work!

Was charged a $150 service fee to have them come out which was understandable so I paid. They told me that if I had moved forward with work I would have certain perks. I did not move forward with work and electrician still charged $362 to come out and confirm with me the information I had told them. I have been asking for explanation on what the charges were for and have been asking for a refund on the 362 bc I did not do any work with anyone. The customer service has told me they are contacting managers and the at I would be contacted. I have not been contacted by them for two weeks. I have been calling every couple days to resolve issue and they have even told me that the electrician who did that has not been one of their most honest electricians. I do not recommend this company for anything. And they will be reported to BBB

We kept having little power surges that were messing with our electronics. I called these guys and they did a full inspection of our system. They explained what was going on in a way I could actually understand and suggested a few upgrades. Super helpful and honest team.

My outdoor lighting installation was properly managed by this business last Monday. The technician was on time and completed the task. He was really professional and gave me all the details. He seemed to sincerely care about his customer's needs, and I felt extremely at ease speaking with him.

Drew was great!! I called him after Hurricane Beryl, when my original generac generator company said they couldn't get to me for 4 days. He was there within 2 hours to fix our transfer switch and get us back on line power. Extremely grateful for his work!
I called him out again to perform an oil change and maintenance on our generator and again, he went above and beyond expectations. Very friendly and professional, and have already recommended him to my friends and family to use.
