Johnny came to our home to fix issues with a light switch. He was amazing, friendly and personable. Explained everything thoroughly, and when he got my OK, went forward with the fixes. He knew exactly what he was doing, and took care of our problem. I was very comfortable with him being in our home. Thank you for a job well done!!

Called them out for some outlets in our client cafe at my ABA clinic. Technician, Eli, came out next day and was able to quickly resolve our problem. Eli was professional, fast, and even gave us a free estimate on the recommended work. I will definitely be using them again!

New Review: I cannot in good conscience recommend this company to anyone anymore. While I've had mulitple good experiences with them, today, they grossly overbilled and took advantage of me and there's no way they can say otherwise.

I called on Monday expliclity stating a very small task I needed done that I am phsyically unable to currently do. I needed a simple 12v 5ah battery changed for home security system. The last rep from my security service stripped a spade connector off when they did an upgrade and I was hoping they're repair that because the negative connector had a wire wrapped around the connector.

So, not only did the dispatcher take absolutely no notes of what I said to pass them along, the worker showed up without any of the equipment and had to run out to get the battery. $75 dollars to "drive out to pick it up" for that on top of $250 flat charge consisting of a $20 battery and 10 minutes of labor. Not only that, he didn't even put a spade connector back on a 6 inch piece of wire or replace it since he didn't have it. What parts are actually in their vans? He only swapped the battery and did no actual electrical work. $330.

I agreed to it to just get it done then and be able to share with others to warn them that we have yet another "Christian" company doing their best to maximize their wallet. That seemed worthwhile enough.

Was he friendly and did he do the work well? Yep. Was he friendly because he knew in 10 minutes he'd make $200 for literally doing no electrical work and was able to tack on $75 dollars for a "trip" on top of a $200+ charge? Yep. Take a look at my photos to see what $330 dollars will get you.

Old Review: The team came out on short notice when our wired smoke detector/co2 system went off at 6am. We thought the house was on fire. The alarms then stopped but kept freaking out and having erratic behavior. Thankfully, there was no fire, but a unit afterwards kept calling and beeping to another peer relentlessly. These are networked and on a circuit in the house, so you can’t just make it stop without shutting off other things. I called them because it was unlivable, as beeps were going off nonstop. Aaron's team came out and diagnosed the electrical issue and noted one unit began malfunctioning and giving off signals. I had them repair electrical and replace all units just to get done with it, too, to prevent anything else weird.

Now, the work was expensive, but the team was wonderful and made sure they did everything right. You truly must appreciate that. To the credit of the crew, they did try to make it more affordable but their management didn't let them discount it as much as it could've been. So, there's that, which I didn’t appreciate, but given the short notice and fact we could be inside the house without ear-piercing beeps from a wired network of units, I was able to accept the convenience fee. All the same, great work and the two guys that came out would be welcomed back whenever.

My only recommendation to the owner is to be a bit more forgiving about your pricing. I would’ve called them back for some electrical work that we wanted done immediately after but now I am shopping around based on cost as such. However, I may still call them back out because of the quality work.

Very happy with the prompt call back and the service provided by Adrian Robinson. Another contractor worked on my doorbell issue last year, charged me around $500, and installed the wrong size transformer which failed in about a year. Adrian diagnosed the problem, went out to buy the correct transformer, installed it, and now my issue has been resolved. Adrian was professional, thorough, polite and very helpful. Service is not cheap, but well done and they guarantee their service for life.

I got my Tesla Charger installed through Aarons Electrical Service. The initial quote included the electrician traveling to the store to grab a few extra fuses I needed. However, I got a knock on the door 2 minutes later, and he let me know he had them in his truck. He could've easily gone to the store to charge me more, but he was honest and provided the install quickly. I appreciate their ethical practices and will be using them again. Thank you for being trustworthy and putting the customer first.

Aaron’s Electrical was a great service. Gave an honest quote and knocked out all the work we needed very quickly. Eli was very thorough and followed up after a couple days to make sure everything we needed was taken care of. I will be using their services for all our electrical needs.

Got a quote on a weekend and they were able to come out on Monday to install my hallway chandelier. Our chandelier was 20 ft high so not an easy install and the chandelier weighed 15 lbs with a small amount of crystals. We were quoted one price but the electrician that came said we were misquoted, but he would honor our original quote. Amazing because the original guy really misquoted by quite a bit because there were more crystals than he guessed. The work was done very carefully and professional. Happy with the work completed and even happier they honored the original quote. Would recommend this business. 5 stars!

Rarely do I write a review; only with exceptional service! Johnny was our electrician/tech who came out to replace all 11 of our old smoke detectors at once. He and his team were on site for two hours max and were able to explain everything that needed to be done at a fair price in a timely manner. they were extremely professional and vacuumed up behind themselves as well. I will 100% be recommending and using Aaron’s for future electrial work.

Eli was absolutely amazing. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. We had a huge job of multiple chandeliers and ceiling fans and a huge lighting fixture on a three story ceiling. He went above and beyond to get all of this done. It transformed the look of our home. He paid so much attention to detail and went the extra mile to make everything look right. Excellent experience!! I needed a ceiling fan installed and outlets replaced. From my first call to the last goodbye, there was great communication & knowledgeable efficiency; the guys were personable, compassionate, friendly, and cool about pets. We have 18 ft ceilings and had 3 ceiling lights and a smoke alarm go out. They were able to change out the lights and the alarm battery with no problems. Very personable and knowledgeable. Will use them again!! Recommend Aaron’s for electrical needs.

I had an emergency, called Weeks they couldn't help me. Then I called Aaron's. They got out too me within 2 hours, had my new meter box up and ready to go within an hour. The tech was very polite and respectful. I will always call Aaron's to do all my electrical. Couldn't ask for better customer service. Absolutely wonderful company to deal with.
