The ladies do a good job cleaning and are alway friendly. They’re flexible in scheduling and accommodate any requests. It’s much better for me when three ladies are able to come so it doesn’t take as long to finish.

Called and booked an appointment for 10/15 at 1:30 pm. No one shows up at my house. I then tried to call again multiple times and left a voicemail, also no answer.

They were amazing! I have never been so satisfied with a cleaning service. The office manager Gloria was very helpful with walking me through pricing and what the ladies were going to be doing. Would definitely recommend.

This was a terrible service. They are over priced and missed a lot of areas. They missed trim boards, window ledges, dusting on top of entertainment center. They put wet rags on my carpet instead of the tile floor. Plus a few others. It took the 3 hrs and charged me 211 dollars with a 33 dollars discount because they had to come back.
Plus the cleaners did interact with me other than to say hello and good bye. They never asked me if there cleaning was ok. So I would not recommend this service at all.

After having tried several different services in the several years since I moved here from Dallas, I bless my luck at having finally found someone I want back in my house again! In fact, I have them whenever I can, and am never disappointed. They are without exception on time, hard-working, pleasant, and I have had exactly zero problems at all. I have no hesitation recommending these ladies on all counts. Based on my experience with them, I feel confident that if you were, against all odds, to have some problem, they would turn themselves inside-out to make it right. They obviously take pride in their work, and that's aces with me.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. Charged my account without authorization from me first. Sent me a invoice stating I owed them $0.00 because they took the money out prior to my approval whixh they stated they wouldnt do. Two women came to clean my home and left my tub and tile just as dirty as it was before. I had to scrub my own tub as they were in my home cleaning. My Base boards were still dirty. They worked for almost 4 hours just to milk the money after the owner stated it would be a 2-3 hour job. I called the owner and she wanted to just give me $20 off. Total rip off. This is my first time ever hiring a Home cleaning service and it put an extremely bad taste in my mouth. I do not recommend!

I will say in the beginning they were doing very well. The first group of we had were really good and then it changed from there, I guess personal issues are family issues so the ones that we really like cant work anymore. So they kept sending different cleaners, and they weren’t cleaning to the best of their ability or the way that we liked it. However, during this last cleaning, there were two brand new girls, and they were talking Spanish in front of one of my roommates, who also understand Spanish and said some distasteful comments about my roommate, and then also not do any cleaning service within one of our bedrooms the bathroom wasn’t great , this is really bad. I tried to call to talk to them, but they do not answer their phones to apologize about the behavior of the two women saying the disgusting comment. Or for the work that wasn’t done.

When I requested an estimate, they told me that it should not take more than 3 hours for our house. We were requesting a "make ready" clean, as the previous owners had not cleaned the house after moving their things out.

This should have been an easy clean, as the house was 100% empty. We specifically requested that they clean the baseboards, and wipe down food residue stuck in the cabinets.

They ended up staying for 6 hours, doubling the cost of what they had estimated, and they did a terrible job. The baseboards were still dusty and dirty, and the cabinets had the same residue. Further, when we cleaned it ourselves, the residue came up with a simple wipe of a wet rag.

Very happy with Green Leaf Maid Services. They were reliable, detail-oriented, and my house looked amazing after the cleaning. Will definitely use them again!

Best service arrived on time and cleaned really good even though I was keep asking if that’s not too much or normal routine work. I bought basic spring cleaning special for $99. And she cleaned my whole 2200 sq feet house with no issues left smiling. I am being calling my friends and family about it. I love the time she spends in cleaning. Changed all my bedsheets 4 beds total. Dusting fans 4 in total and dusting furniture and wiping them. Vacuum all rooms including game room and sweep and mop kitchen and living room plus 3 bathrooms.
I was keep asking about the price and if this all includes because it’s too good to be true I even told her that 😊
Already scheduled for next time in three weeks.

I used this company’s services for the first time and I am very pleased with their work! I have a fairly big house and the price was reasonable and the young lady did a great job and was professional and friendly. I will be using them from now on.

The cleaning itself was good; however my appointment was set for 1:00, the person didn’t arrive until 2:45. When I called to inquire about the delay I was told that 1:00 appointment are given and hour to an hour and a half arrival window (I was not told that initially). Also, when I made the appointment I was told there would be at least two people cleaning, only one came. She explained they were short staffed that week and that’s why she was alone and running behind.

Because it ended up being late she didn’t get to clean my entire downstairs (we told her she didn’t have to at that point we had started eating dinner as it was getting late.)

We have decided to give this company a second chance based off of the job the person who cleaned did. She was very meticulous in how she cleaned and I appreciated that. Hopefully after our experience, next go round, I can give 5 stars.
